I visited this store last week with my new Bulgari Serpenti watch, received as a gift a few days prior. I asked a representative, Debora Guichard, to inspect the watch and its documents/warranty to ensure everything is in good condition. I like to ensure my high-end jewelry and watches are under warranty. Since I received it as a gift, I thought I'd stop by the store and discuss that. However, there was no chat; it felt more like a guilt situation since I came with a watch bought at another location.I also inquired about a regular Bulgari paper shopping bag, as my gift came in a full package presentation but without a shopping bag due to it being a surprise. I enjoy unboxing on my social media and wanted the shopping bag for a complete presentation, especially given the watch's $20,000 plus tax value.However, the representative immediately displayed an attitude and didn't even look at the watch and paperwork because she knew it was bought at another boutique, and she wouldn't receive a commission for it. I felt like I was asking for a gift or that I had stolen the watch or something. I was also denied the shopping bag (even to buy one).However, the moment I expressed interest in buying a ring to match my new watch, she immediately shifted to being nice, recognizing the initial hesitation. She attempted to sell me a ring, although the store didn't have it in my size, offering to order one for me and have it shipped to my house. Also mentioning to act quickly and buy immediately because Bulgari prices are about to go up in an hour or so.As a long-time customer at iconic jewelry houses like Cartier, Bulgari, VC, Chopard, and Graff, I've always cherished pleasant memories and positive experiences during purchases. Whether in the US or Europe, the personable touch and service provided by store representatives have made each purchase special and memorable. However, today's experience left me feeling unwelcome in a place where I have previously enjoyed exceptional service.The employees of this location should be reminded that they are representing an iconic brand and not just on a commission mission. Professionalism and great customer service are what this location needs. Thanks.P.S. To be fair, my dog was treated very well by one of the ladies at the store. Thanks for that.

I recently visited the Bvlgari store, and while the quality of their products is exceptional, there were a few aspects that left me somewhat disappointed.Firstly, the store itself is quite small. Considering Bvlgari's reputation as a luxury brand, I expected a more spacious and elegant space. The limited floor area made browsing through their extensive collection a bit challenging, and at times, it felt crowded. It would be great if they could expand their store or find a larger location to match the grandeur of their brand.Secondly, I was disheartened by the sales tactics employed by the staff. Like many luxury stores, there was a persistent push to make a sale. While I understand the importance of sales for any business, the constant pressure to buy was overwhelming. It would have been more enjoyable to browse and make a purchase at my own pace, without feeling rushed or coerced into buying something I wasn't completely satisfied with.Despite these drawbacks, I must acknowledge the exceptional quality of Bvlgari's products. From their exquisite jewelry to their luxurious accessories, everything is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The designs are truly stunning, and the materials used are of the highest caliber. If you're looking for a statement piece or a special gift, Bvlgari undoubtedly delivers in terms of quality and craftsmanship.In conclusion, while the Bvlgari store may be small and the sales tactics may be pushy, the brand's commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship cannot be denied.
