SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE Last night (11/09/2023) I used the last spot (closest to the vacuum area) of self car cleaning. When I switched to use the brush, it was throwing way more water than soap. That machine work with timing so I tried to find someone to let them know that there wasn't enough soap, I spoke with 2 people of the crew (a lady and a guy) the lady call someone to assist me. the guy that she called to assist me came and told me "I'm going to check" and never came back to me. I continued cleaning the car and when I finished and dried the car I saw the paint scratched like round scratches, of course was the movement of the brush. I tried to talk with someone, but the communication was difficult, I stayed there waiting (no answer) for around 30 min. I tried knocking on the manager's door, but nobody answered. Then came a guy (Assistant Manager), and after the explanation, he told me that the best he can do is give me a free car wash in the automated car wash. I explained that I wasn't there for a free car wash, I need someone to go and see what happened to my car. He told me that was impossible the brush did that because nobody had that complaint knowing that there wanst enough soap. I asked him to check the brush mode on to see together how much water is coming out instead of soap, but he denied saying that they know that there are just a little qty of soap in the containers but nobody complaint about it. He told me "tomorrow they are going to fill that". I asked him more times to please turn on the system and see together how much water is coming from the brush instead of foam soap but he always denied. In some point he said that he can try to fix the scratches with wax and he did it with a cloth and manually but the scratches still there. He called his manager and by phone the manager said the same that was imposible and said that today I can go back and talk to them. I need someone to be accountable for this because of course the brush is soft but the foam soap has a function and if is not there they have to close the cleaning bay or put a notice about it. probably without the foam the brush even being soft if you use it on the car is going to just move the dirt over the car and make those scratches. They didn't ask my name or phone number to try to follow up my case.

Lamentably, my experience was not great or good. The communication from the start and uptil the deatiling service was way off. I explained to Richard who was understanding and offered me a discount. Ryan, the detailer unfortunately did not do the job i paid for and I gave him a $10 tip which after my car dried my seats and the plastics still have dirt. If you have a brand new car I highly recommend it. If you have an older car or classic DO NOT go here bcuz they will not do the job ypou paid for. It will look like they did ONLY bcuz the seats are still wet but once they dry up you will be negatively surprised. I gave it 3 star for their efforts and bcuz of Richard who really knows his customers...BTW the telephone on their receipt is not in servicxeServices: Auto detailing

They use misleading advertising, they have this sign and then they don't sell you the membership for $5. I asked to clean my car inside and the manager didn't give me the opportunity either because there were only 4 people. I didn't ask how many people there were, I just came here to wash my car and stopped because of the $5 offer.

This is a good full service car wash except the power washers section. The pre-soak feature never works. I have to constantly ask the staff to fix AFTER I've already paid for service.

I've been going to Busy Bee for years and never had a problem. I was always happy with their employees (most of them are friendly), but had a bad experience yesterday. Waiting at the fast lane for a while, the car in front of me wanted to back up suddenly and almost hit me. So I honked, rolled my window down and asked the employee what was going on. She started screaming at me to back up, which I did, very slowly since I had another car behind me. Then suddenly she screamed in a very nasty tone to move forward. When I asked her what was wrong and why she was screaming, she kept on yelling at me and my passenger to have patience, move it, move it. Last not least yelling " have a nice day" about 7 times in a very sarcastic manner. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, does management not train their employees to treat all clients with respect? I went to complain to the manager who apologized, but after this encounter, I will cancel my membership and take my business to another car wash.

Pros: 1) free car wash worth of $25 if you sign up on their site; 2) many vacuums enough for everyone; 3) two sink wash area; 4) have floor mat cleaner; 5) have unlimited membership - fast pass; 5) available self service wash 24 hCons: 1) no air pressure blower; 2) one sink didn't work, low pressure water too; 3) doesn't wash very well

Good experience. Got my car a good wash and they did a good job cleaning the inside. I’ve been a customer for years. It’s always a pleasure to visit. Great service.

Went to get a car wash and the sign said a “protecting wash” would be $15, drove up to the machine and it said $13. However, the machine was broken and an employee took my card to charge for the wash, which ended up being $21 for the “protecting wash” ?

Have been a customer for years and always enjoy taking my car to Busy Bee. The team is nice and always helpful. They work hard to make customers happy while being outdoors in the heat and humidity . It’s a tough job and they do it well. I honestly thank them for being great.

Prices are good & the place is easy to use. One star down cause I did pay extra to have them dry and vacuum the inside of my car, but I think the girl was training, and the effort was not there. The other employer doing the car next to mine, he did go above and beyond, and I wish he was the one who cleaned my car. I will come back though because overall I am satisfied

Let's me realistic, I paid 79 dollars and the before and after are amazing. I didn't expect a full recovery clean. This is way better than I thought it would be. Definitely plan on coming back for my front seats.

Avoid this place if you want to save your car from a horrible service !! I had a protecting wash and intensive clean. HORRIBLE WORK. My car came out line no wash was performed I paid $53.45 plus the tip I gave the good for nothing employees. The person who cleaned the car did not speak English and she was sooooooooo careless !! She was on her phone all the time ( we were seeing her from the bench in the waiting area) I guess the manager from this location came up saying that my car and my car windows had glue poured all over ! (REALLY !!) he brought a sponge and a towels and I showed him that the stains were water marks and they could be removed with the sponge and a towel. Going thru this car wash has been a nightmare. I don't want to ever visit this location EVER EVER AGAIN. Avoid this place if you want to save your car from a horrible service !!
