I’ve been coming to busy bee for over 5 years and the customer service and care is excellent. Teresa always takes great care of me. Their manager Jorge is very attentive to any issues and always has such a great attitude. I highly recommend busy bee!

Tried to cancel my membership. Website showed a "manage account" link that went nowhere.
Tried to call multiple times and they blocked my phone number.
Had to call Venmo to cancel my card and wait 10 days for a new card.
Will update if I get my payments back since February when I stopped going to Busy Bee. Ugh
UPDATE: E-mail left by management/owner does not work.

I gave them 3 stars cause they end up raising my payment without telling me nothing. If you want the fastest wash ever dont go on sunday morning.below you can see the picture i took on sunday morning
