Inconsistent equipment performance sometimes one side cleans better than the other sometimes the package that you paid monthly doesn't work so you get only a simple wash without the perks like graphene wax very very Inconsistent equipment perhaps because everything it's old some of the employees don't show been friendless thinking on switching to * El car wash*

I paid a monthly membership, they put the labels on me and when I returned to wash two days later they told me that they had made a mistake and had only charged me for one wash. The car had a sticker on the door column and another on the windshield. They had given me a card and the solution they looked for was that I would pay again. A theft.

Cero stars. Terrible service. They open the barrier to talk to the users and leave the members waiting for the conversation to end and then they open the quick pass barrier. Waste of time.
