I was here today, there is always something in this store. There are not enough cashiers, they are rude not willing to help people. I wanted to buy a shirt for my kid which I found in a men's clothes and the cashier didn't sell it to me because it was missing the tag and all she said was I can't sell it to you, you need to find one like this one, so end of story I couldn't buy the tshirt for my son after been waiting for more than 25 minutes and been treated rude.

I love this place and the prices are good. Usually has more selection than the Ross in the same shopping plaza. It also has more space and is bigger. I usually go here and if they don’t have what I need I’ll go to the Ross.

A store that was the best for me, I live far away and I always came to it today, they didn't want to give good service today, they couldn't put a price on a shoe for my daughter because they couldn't waste time, I wanted them, they just didn't have time and the store was empty. I've been my favorite for so long and today, July 13, 2024, was a disaster because of the bad treatment I received

When you arrive at the checkout without the price of the item, they will charge you any price for another code that is not that of the product you are carrying and when you try to return it does not match. And you have to keep the article. This is always done by a manager who has been there almost since this store opened. (I go to this store often and see it while I'm in line). She is a cashier manager, a dark-haired lady with glasses, about 60 years old and with a terrible character when it comes to serving the public and not to mention how she treats her workers.!!! I don't know how they haven't thrown it away. It affects the store, its image, the customers and the workers themselves.

How unpleasant the lady with black hair and glasses always is, I don't know if she is the manager but she is a person who questions everything and it is not the first time that I have had a bad experience with her and I have also witnessed bad attitudes from her towards other clients.

This store doesn’t let the buyers use their fitting rooms after 7pm although they close at 11pm, this is a clothing store which is supposed to have fitting rooms available their entire hours of operations, plus there is no manager at the store that you could talk to, and all “customer service” you get is from a lady that tells you to not leave the cart by the fitting room door after of course im not able to buy anything because I can’t try it on so basically she wanted us to put everything back like the customers are the one that work there, is just unacceptable that after work you want to pass by a store and try to buy some clothes and you can’t just try it on and every employee avoids you because they know that they are doing something they are not supposed to do. I am going to call coorporate and let them know what is going on here.
