Your staff lied to me about the final bill for my rental. U gave a truck with no AC for 3 days and made pick it up a different location. When I complained they made it seem like they had adjusted my bill and when I asked they said yes that was correct. I called customer support and they said no that was not what you did.Never renting from Budget ever again.

They are not reliable. I reserved a truck for my cousin who lives in Miami Florida, and they called the day before to cancel the reservation and told my cousin to have a plan B. This is very disrespectful.

Rented an economy car for the next day, day off - I arrived & was told “we’re all sold out”…then was given a truck for my “eco-friendly car”.Given the benefit of the doubt, I made a separate reservation for a few days later to drive 2000+ miles.When calling in to check in (again, day of) I was told - We are sold out, you will have to drive the pickup truck from Miami to Boston. (No one ever called, and if had not been for me calling ahead they would’ve told us when we arrived) Customer service is 0, they conveniently merged 2 seperate eco friendly reservations into a pickup truck reservation.This to me was an easy way to navigate more reservations with the limited car inventory.Booked an eco-friendly car twice and was not given one. Then essentially told that I have to drive a pickup truck 2000+ miles, was not able to get a refund. Super quick to take your money, but when it came to providing the service I paid for. They underperformed terribly and disappointed. Will most likely never use service again, and recommend to avoid using this company to clients.

Getting a moving truck from Budget was quite literally the worst experience of my life. Moving is already stressful and after ordering a truck 2 weeks in advance, on the day my move Budget contacts me saying that the truck I ordered was unavailable and they had no solutions for me. After calling corporate multiple times and being hung up on and calling back I was able to get a smaller truck from budget. But the story only gets worse because now Budget refuses to correct the cost we paid for THEIR MISTAKES. I was given a 12ft truck and charged for a 16ft truck on top of a late feel from my apartment complex due to Budget delaying my moving time. When contacting corporate they had no solution for me other than to figure it out myself. Save your time and money and go to U-haul instead, the people that work at Budget clearly don’t value anyone else’s time or money. It’s truly disgusting to see.

From the minute I walked in the employee took care of me and answered all my questions. When returning the vehicle also new employee took care of me with no problem.

No cargo vans or moving trucks available at this location. The company gave me a reservation for one but there are none here.

Go elsewhere. Dishonest car rental company.Had a reservation for 6 day car rental through Costco. The car had dents, scratches, and a bumper crack. The worst thing was the tires were BALD. Not only is that extremely dangerous I could have been cited for driving a vehicle with faulty equipment. I'm so glad my husband noticed that. So, they gave me another vehicle. The car definitely had not been cleaned as there was dust everywhere. I disinfected myself.Due to the delay, I started an hour later. I asked Martin the employee if that was going to mean i could return at that time. He said of course.I returned the vehicle an hour earlier than required with more gas than i started (had 7/8ths returned full), and I had Martin again who hands me the checkout receipt and they charged me more than $50 extra. When I asked why he said it was because I returned late! I told him I was there early with more gas than I started with and reminded him that he tried to give me a dangerous vehicle. Actually, even without the delay due to the vehicle switch i was still on time. 20 minutes later he hands me a new receipt which is still $10 higher than my car rental agreement. He "fixes" it again (I hope). He then gives me a $18 discount.Lastly, I brought my own Sunpass transponder after reading the Budget website regarding tolls. It said to be sure to close the EZ Pass toll transponder. I thought I would double check with Martin and he told me (with my husband present) that the website was wrong. Closing the EZ Pass wouldn't work, I will still be charged even if I register my transponder to the rental vehicle. He tried to sell me the $12 per day program. I said the website is wrong? (I had also called the 1-800 number and asked and they said I could use my own).I did use my own, we registered the vehicle , and I hope they don't try to scam me any more. Budget charges a daily transponder fee of $5.95 per day whether you go through a toll or not from the first day you do go through a toll PLUS the cost of the tolls.Back to Enterprise or Alamo for me. No dangerous vehicles and no scams.

NO SERVICE. The employee working here didn’t do anything to help or honor my reservation. All he told me was that there was no truck, even though I had a rental confirmation. He didn’t call anyone around to see if they had one nor did he offer any information, advice or help. What’s his role really? He should be fired.
