Had the best rate, but just a trash company to deal with. Customer service at pickup was poor, phone support for rental extension was horrible. Will never use again.

The experience started poorly with a rather unpleasant and sarcastic front desk worker. The car I received had not been serviced properly as I had to replace the windshield wipers myself during my trip. Although it is much closer to me, I will not be renting from them again. Mostly due to the poor customer service.

Horrible service! Damian has a very NASTY attitude and does NOT know how to treat a customer. Do NOT rent a car from Budget/Avis! They take over a week to refund you the hold they place when you rent a car from here! Overall HORRENDOUS service!

Worst customer service by Damian. While he was on the phone with another Avis employee he was apparently joking about staging a walkout to screw over the customers. That's something paying customers are just dying to hear while they are forced to stand in a stale smelling room that hasn't been touched up in ages. This is the guy Avis chooses to take down personal driver's license information and debit/credit card numbers. The sign on the door telling customers that no employees may be onsite says it all. You can tell this is a poorly managed rag tag operation. Avis and the people it hires are tone deaf, and do not abide by their solicited agreements.

I have a car that I picked up yesterday it smells like a cigarette Asher .I have asthma so the strong smell makes me sick. I called over 5 places and no location has a car available for me to swap. Horrible service in every location. I am stuck with a car that is making me sick and it is hard to believe so many locations don’t have cars available.

I just left this location attempting to rent out a mini van for my family vacation. They told me I was unable to rent out since I have a rental in my name alongside my husbands on another rental. I reached out to reservations on my end and they modified the name to my mothers, who is also going on this trip with me and was present at time. The young lady, Angelica then proceeded to tell me that she won’t rent out the van to my mom because it’s a “liability” to her. Stating that since it was originally in my name, she could get in trouble for renting it out to my mother. This was absolutely ridiculous to me, due to an employees assumption, lack of knowledge, and inability to assist correctly we are now scrambling last minute to get a rental for our spring break trip. Terrible customer service.

Reservation for 3 pm.Sign on the door says call us, we're busy, be back in 20-30 minutes.Called them, seams we are totally at they're mercy.Even though I have a schedule, and appointments that I am obligated to make on time I would give negative stars if I could.

Are you looking for a rental car with great customer service? Come here! I'd give Damien 10 out of 10 stars in customer service and reservation assistance. During an extremely busy time when over 15 other Budget locations in the area did not pick up their phone and forwarded calls to the national number-- and even the customer service associates at the national line could not be of assistance-- Damien picked up my calls and helped me with my reservation. Thank you so much!

Somehow during my booking process Avis added my old corporate rental number I no longer can use back to my reservation. I literally removed it during the reservation process and the system put it back in. I only found out three days before when I got a reminder that noted I need to bring documentation. I called the rental counter and the gentleman answering told me we could work something out when I got there. Turns out "work something out" meant $250 MORE for a four day rental on top of Avis' inflated holiday price I'd booked at. What a way to treat a customer who rented with you guys for corporate work on a weekly basis for years! Or any human being given that your system did this. On top of it, the desk agent was terribly rude. He'd called me earlier in the day to confirm my reservation and when I walked in his first action was to chastise me for not returning his call.

Do not go this shady Avis location. They will mislead you to grab daily toll passes and liability insurance you DO NOT need all to charge you extra and make a quick buck off customer. Avoid if possible

Zero rating. We rented a vehicle from this location that should not have been allowed on the road. We unknowingly headed from Michigan to Montana with bald tires. The tire pressure light kept going on, we had to stop at every gas station along the way driving with white knuckles as we were on a schedule to pick a grandparent up at the Bozeman airport, and hoping there wasn't a blow out, until we reached our destination. When we did and called AAA, the AAA guy said that the vehicle we were given was unsafe to drive and should not have been rented to us with the bald tires. We will never jeopardize our family's safety again by renting from this Avis location.
