Brightstar Device Protection has been a life-saver for me. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. I was lucky to hold their plan on the recommendation of a friend. I cannot believe it, but one fine day I lost my phone at a mall. I looked everywhere, crying for my ill-fate when it hit me that I hold a Brightstar warranty. I called them frantically, and God bless the lady who picked my call. She was reassuring and told me to file a claim and not to worry about it. I got two more follow-up calls from Brightstar, and they said to me that they would provide me a replacement for my mobile phone! I am a fan of their service and would recommend everyone to give them a try.

When I had a new phone, I never thought about getting any warranties for my cell phone. However, once the manufacturer's contract expired, I decided to look at some warranty programs. I learned about Brightstar Device Protection online and decided to call them. I am not convinced easily and had my fair share of questions, but I was impressed by how patiently the customer services answered all my questions and explained some of the plans that would suit my requirements. I now hold their plan and have yet to make any claims, but I am more confident about keeping device protection.

Well, with Brightstar, I can confidently say that it is one insurance that really works. I lost my phone and anticipated a lengthy procedure and days to get a settlement for my phone. I approached the customer services at Brightstar device protection and told them I lost my phone. While I was anticipating a lot of paperwork, I was genuinely surprised by the speed and straightforward services. I can vouch for the company as I had a great time dealing with them and highly responsive. I got a replacement for my lost phone much earlier than I anticipated. I'd advise getting hold of these guys, as having them by your side will give you peace of mind as a cell phone owner.

We all feel we do not need a phone protection plan until we drop our phone. I agreed but still held the Brightstar device protection insurance as my wife strongly recommended them. For over a year, I paid the deductible, with no claims or need to reach them. I felt that I am paying a bit too much for a service that I won't ever need. Well, that all changed when I dropped my phone at a camping site, and it was gone. I am now glad I was paying the deductible as when I called Brightstar, they quickly took in my claim, and to my surprise, I got a replacement phone without any hassles. Now I am a believer, I mean you do need these plans, and yes, I say you try Brightstar as my experience with them has been fantastic.

I have had some phone-protection plans earlier, but what got me to side with Brightstar device protection is the simple documentation I had to sit through to get their service. Unlike other services, Brightstar had easy paperwork, fast processing, and you get the protection you need for your phone quickly. I had my phone stolen only after a few weeks of getting a plan with Brightstar, but the customer services treated me as if I was their long time customer. They took in the necessary details, and again the process from follow-back from Brightstar to replacing my stolen phone was fast. I am talking to all my friends to get this service now.

The whole idea of paying deductibles for a cell phone insurance that you may never need did sound a bit off-putting. But when I talked to a customer rep on online chat at Brightstar device protection, she explained how important it is to have some insurance for an expensive phone when it no-longer has any manufacturer warranty. I found the cost of insurance competitive as I checked other providers and finally signed in with Brightstar. I have yet to file a complaint, but I am impressed with the customer services, which is a good indicator of its professionalism and dealing with customers.

Why Brightstar? Well, for starters, I was pleasantly surprised to hear a friendly customer service voice when I first called them with a query. They explained their system and the benefits of having a phone insurance plan, especially if you do not have a manufacturer's warranty. It makes sense, so I got the insurance, and to date, I only had a small claim for a phone repair I needed. Again the customer services guided me and told me the whole process to claim for the repair and how to make the most savings by going to their approved phone repair services. The experience so far is great, and I feel more secure with a phone insurance plan in hands.

I am a bit surprised to see some negative comments regarding Brightstar Device Protection. As I've been a member for a long time, I can vouch for them as one of the market's best insurance. I'm not saying this because I am a member, but because I have had few claims with them in the past and all the times I got good service. The first time I had to deal with them was when I cracked my cell phone screen to the point of no return. They took the phone in at one of their approved repair centers, and it took only a day to get my phone back. I spoke with the customer services politely and took care of almost all the billing for the repair. I do not get the negative feedback, as I've had a wonderful experience with the Brightstar team.

Well, I got some trouble with my phone, and since I did not have a manufacturer warranty, I called in Brightstar device protection. I was holding their insurance plan, so the customer services took in the details and asked me to go to a repair shop near me. The repair team was also super-friendly and checked the phone for the faults. They recommended me to file a claim for replacement as fixing the phone was not possible. It was easy to file the claim online, and I got a prompt replacement for my device. I have to pay a small amount, though, which made sense considering I got a complete replacement. I'll use them again for my insurance.

It will be my third year with Brightstar device protection, and during this time, I've had to claim. One where I had some breaks on the screen, and it needed fixing, and the other time when the phone was smashed on the floor and beyond repair. The first claim went swiftly, and I had no issues, but the second time it took a bit longer than anticipated. Actually, the customer services told me that the version of the phone I had was out of stock and I will have to wait for the replacement. Brightstar also gave me the option to get a money-claim for the said phone. However, I chose to get the phone, and it took three weeks to get the phone. All said and done; I think they did a good job in dealing with my claim.

I live in a location in Canada, not covered by repair partners of Brightstar. Also, I do not want to replace my device as it contains a lot of important information. Initially I was worried. However, after going through the details on the company's website I found out that I could send me mobile through mail. On sending a repair request, the company sent me a prepaid label. I only had to pack the device securely, attach the label on the package and drop it in a Canada Post mail box. I was surprised when I received the repaired phone within a couple of days. It is time you too switched over to Brightstar for protecting your smartphone.
