Outstanding experience. Well worth the trip.Travelled from an adjacent state solely for the purpose of visiting the store due to the brands they carry, and the large samples on the floor of those brands we were interested in. Had resolved to buy between one of two primary brands that Juan focuses on, and specializes in. While each of those brands are expensive, we were ready for a longer term solution, and for an item we spend 6-9 hours a day on, the price was money well spent.Juan and his staff are fully committed to customer satisfaction; further his sense of interest and professionalism in his chosen field, and sense of integrity on his customer’s behalf, is noteworthy. Very familiar with the products he promotes, Juan has been in this business for quite some time, understands the nuances of his inventory, and intently follows the sale through successful delivery - even a distant delivery.Would recommend Juan and Brickell Mattress without hesitation. If in the fortunate position to be able to purchase an upscale mattress, such as Vispring or Hastens, would recommend without question a visit/trip to Miami to make a selection.Fall 2023 edit/update...Rarely a week goes by that I don't appreciate having gone to Brickell Mattress, and having had the privilege of working with Juan. All the beds in our home are from one of his two leading brands, and though I've had the opportunity to visit (a pleasure, really) several times, I've also had great success with phone orders with Juan as well.Well worth a visit to the Brickell store, if for nothing else - just to see and example of what a top notch mattress store experience can be.Still highly recommended.

These natural wool mattress don’t last they sag quickly but they told me to flip it and after a month will be fine. When i contacted again my return time was over and there is nothing they can do.I will never buy at brickell again.Edit:The vispring mattress ended in the trash there is nothing you can do. My wife bought that mattress at 1030 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33130 so my name may not be in your system. Worst mattress and experience ever.

I went with my wife to Brickell Mattress because we googled all natural materials mattress and a bed that supported my lumbar with the comfort of a cloud feeling. I suffer back pain and we decided to buy a Hästens bed. They're the best by far!!! I had to wait a couple of months and it was just delivered to us. Worth the wait. Simply amazing!The expertise and Customer Service of the whole team is beyond words and I recommend it to every person that wants to improve their sleeping and overall health.They are Sleep Coaches and take the time with you, they recommend the best tension and bed for you. My wife and I are very happy and only regretted no to purchase the bed earlier. Brickell Mattress knows how to treat the customer well and delivers what they promise, thank you Maria!! Highly recommend this store! 5 star plus!!!

I have a Vispring. Best mattress I’ve slept on. It’s hard to comprehend the difference until you try a Vispring. I can Tell you with 100% confidence I’ll never sleep on anything else. Maria and Matt are super helpful.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. If you want to pay for a bed and never get it this is your place. When I placed my order it was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Here 7 weeks later they are saying it will be another 5 weeks. And nothing but stories along the way.
