One in South Miami. Easy to Park. A lot of products, TV, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, plates, umbrellas, literally almost all small electronics you can find there. And all kinds of household products. Some products are with competitive prices, some products not. All kinds of big names products you can find there as well. This company is a fraud. Purchased a Samsung Washer with a 2yr extended warranty told my the salesman I was getting 3 yr coverage, 2 yrs later now that it broke customer service tells me the extended warr. has already expired, the first year was "complementary to the factory one" in other words, they both run concurrently, YOU ARE PAYING A 2 YR EXTENDED WARRANTY PRICE AND ONLY GET 1 YR. COVERAGE. I AM SURE THIS HAS BEEN DONE TO HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS. IN LEGAL TERMS, IS CALLED "DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES" WHICH IS PATENTLY AGAINST FLORIDA FDUTPA, NEEDLESS TO SAY I ALREADY HAVE MIAMI-DADE CONSUMER PROTECTION INVOLVED.

It was a bad experience with the cashier manager with a very bad attitude, she says she doesn't speak Spanish, she has no solution to the customer, I could say wait, I'll look for help. Then I asked if I could do a lease and a person who is a cashier told me that they wouldn't extend the credit to you. .and they lied to me. Then they sent me an email through my email where they had checked my credit and that lowers my points. The service is very bad. They should explain it well to the workers. First time in 11 years that I feel mistreated and scammed in a store in the United States. I bought an air conditioner and it did not turn out to be what I needed. Two days after purchasing I decided to return it and the store did not allow it because on a receipt half a meter long, somewhere it says that there is no return. The seller, nor the cashier, nor the person at the store that gave it to me warned me. The item is not cheap. They should warn me so that the customer can choose whether to take it. or not. I do not recommend this store to anyone. It seems that this situation happens frequently because there was another very upset customer too. THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE BUYING FROM BRANDSMART. AVOID THE UNPLEASANT MOMENT OF FEELING CHEATED.Note: I gave them a star because the system forces me to but they don't deserve any.
