Don't buy a cadillac, very bad experience, I buy a cadillac after 4,000 miles, the car tends to vibrate, I took it to have it checked, they didn't find anything, I took it a second time at 9,000 miles and they don't do anything, the customer service is super bad, They give you information about your vehicle to be a luxury car, I do not recommend it, a Toyota is better than a Cadillac ????

Probably the worst customer service experience ever. I bought my Cadillac Lyriq around Memorial Day and was told … free charging at EVGO. Well …. a few months later and guess what?! No free charging! No one set up the account. I’ve called repeatedly and I hear - a manager needs to set that up. We’re going to get on that right away! Hahaha! Just left the EVGO station and it still didn’t work. Another call to EVGO and … sorry sir you have an account, but you’ll have to pay because you’re not set up by Cadillac for free charging.
My advice to anyone planning to do business here - please be careful.

I'm taking this time to write this opinion because my experience has truly been the worst with this dealer and I don't want it to happen to anyone else!!!
In my first 4 years of renting a Cadilac After a month I had to drive a Nissan and they never compensated me for anything, after all that time the lease expired so they started calling to get me to change with them, and after a thousand negotiations with them I changed the car again, give them a chance and now they are charging me I don't know how much for something I don't even know, so neither the bank knows anything, nor the dealer knows anything, nor is anyone responsible for anything, really I give this dealer a 0 and I don't recommend that anyone go to that place, because You will not have a good experience at all ❗️❗️my experience has been the worst ❗️

I worked with Shawn to purchase a pre-owned blackwing, and he was absolutely amazing. I purchased the car from Texas, and he was very attentive to all my calls and questions. He pointed out any issues with the car (one curbed wheel) before I made the purchase and also gave me an appraisal on my car as well. I would highly recommend working with Shawn at Braman. You won't be disappointed!
