I had a great experience picking up an online order! Genny was so friendly and helpful! I had to tell her because it is so rare these days! Her energy makes you wanna stay in the store which is what happened and I ended up buying a couple more things! Great service and the store always looks neat and well stocked!

Was looking for a special hello kitty water bottle for my daughter birthday and they went out of their way to help. They had not received the shipment they were expecting yet and were kind enough to take down my info and call me and hold one for me once they received it. Made my daughter's and my day. Really refreshing to see the care and customer service is still existing and thriving here. Will always come back as they won my loyalty and will always be thankful.

We go to box lunch twice a month and buy. I've always had friendly cashiers, but the one this past Saturday afternoon was rude and has an attitude problem.I went the other day, and no one was helpful. They were ignoring customers. Looks like they got new employees. I like the ones that used to work there. They were friendly.

The prices can be a little high. But this place is awesome. They have anime, Funko pops, Stich, Harry Potter, Snoopy, lots of themes that you love. You will definitely find a gem in here. For whoever needs a gift for somebody that likes those type of things come here and you'll definitely find a gift for them. Also their Funko pops are cool they have a whole collection I bought myself a Funko container. A very excited to put one on my Funko Pops.
