Before I was going to pay for my phone there but I stopped doing it because although the young woman is kind, many times someone arrives and has already left or has not arrived. There is supposed to be a schedule but I think she doesn't know what it means and when she is there and someone arrives from the same country, ayyyy even talks about whether they ate chicken or not, I think this is a lack of respect for the client

Very poor attention from the lady who currently works, sitting in a chair without getting up and her response was only "you have to see what the system does automatically" zero help, but well that's how they lost a client ?.

The people who work here are clueless and know absolutely nothing about phones or costumer service. I was trying to switch from another provider and the worker was dismissive, had an attitude and refused to listen to me. Horrible.
