Me and my wife had the Worst experience ever. We went to buy some fruits awaiting our flight biarding . The attendant francis has very poor communication and customer skills. We requested forks to eat the fruits( all are cut fruits that can not be eaten without forks). She gaves us utensils and claimed that they are forks. On our way outside the stores we checked them and were spoons. We came back and spoke to her, she laughed in sarcastic way and mentioned that they have no forks. We told her that we want to return the fruit item, she claimed that she has to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor came and returned the item after we explained the situation . He was non apologetic and did not say anything. He just spoke with her in spanish language which we did not understand. This place need training in customer service .

Walked in to the Pinecrest Books & Books and was surprised to see the store going all in with the propaganda for Marxism, left wing idealogies, the silencing of dissenting views not aligning with extreme left wing politics. A table was set up - books with idealigoies on how to kill capitalism, censoring the right wing opposing left wing etc. Touting the nirvana of applying Marxism in todays society and so on. Funny how the owner of store is really applying the american capitalist business model while telling everyone to by books to "kill it". Not buying books from this store ever - and I will let other book buyers to avoid that store as well.

Support your local bookstore! I love this place, they have a great selection especially the children's and art sections. And they can order for you anything they don't have. The employees in all areas are always friendly and helpful but also not overbearing. There is also a yummy cafe with both indoor and outdoor areas. I have also been to events that they have done both at the store and in other locations and it's been a great experience every time. *during this time they have the ability to order books for pickup so you don't have to come in as well as the seating in the cafe is very spaced out.

The Books & Books well prepared! Every time I come here I always want to order more, but am usually stuffed. Great for sharing with friends! I often try not to tell people about this little gem. But find myself obligated to share.

An actual book store in airport. It is pretty small but has a decent selection for its size. I needed a book for a long cross country flight and had plenty of choices to pick from. Would definitely stop in again if I'm flying American.
