“I had taken my previous cars to Southern Auto for some minor paint jobs. Recently I had a car back up into my M4 and damage the passenger headlight and crack the bumper.
I am not one to write reviews BUT I need to review Southern Auto. I took the car to Southern Auto and the way Michael treated me was beyond words. He made me feel like family. He is so courteous, polite and professional. Then I met his dad who also works there and the service they provide is awesome.
I went just to talk about what needed to be done and I ended up leaving the car and his dad brought me home. Michael’s wife was the one dealing with the insurance company. She is extremely professional and courteous.
They all work for you and make sure you get what your are entitled to from the insurance company. The insurance company wanted to replace the lights with used lights and twice Michael and his dad rejected the lights because they found damage to the lights and eventually made the insurance company approve a new light.
Michael took every step to make the car look like it was ready for a show. The job was AMAZING. The paint looked awesome.
They love what they do and look out for the customer. Customer is #1 for them and it shows.

“Gabriel and his team are absolutely fantastic. My mechanic broke the plastic on my car’s headlamp and with the downpours that plagued Miami last week, my headlamp was busted. I also had some dents that needed repairing. I sent pictures to Gabriel and he was prompt and patient in responding. The price was competitive with other quotes I got but Gabriel seemed the most affable, so I went with him, and I’m so glad I did. My car looks like new again. “MasterClass is the best experience I've ever had with an automotive repair shop. We just had some expensive routine/preventative maintenance done on our Audi that would have easily cost a third more at the dealer, in fact Audi dealers would do well by taking a course from MasterClass on how to do service. MasterClass has trained European car mechanics and when they tell you there is needed work beyond why you brought the car in in the first place, they back it up with photos and an honest opinion whether it can wait and for how long, or whether it needs attention immediately. I can't say enough good about MasterClass and especially Victoria, their customer service representative. She's caring and takes time to explain every detail and she knows how your car works, every detail. She's the best! Highly recommend MasterClass Automotive!”

“I first found exotic collision when I needed repairs on my Porsche Cayenne. When you have a nice vehicle, some places try to take advantage and charge ridiculously high prices. I went to a total of 4 high-end repair shops to get estimates. Exotic collision prices were by far the most fair and reasonable. I was so happy to find a place that takes pride in their work without overcharging. I have brought my car to exotic collision twice for repairs and both times they have done A+ work. This is the only place that I trust and will only bring my car here for repairs. Look no further.”

They explain to me that structure damage is something that take time .on top of that dealer system was down for two week but they called me two or three times a week and keep me inform . I do thank you all for the effort but better more for the wonderful job . I see my car like nothing happen . My insurance was not the best they hardly answer me but they told me no worry we will manage and they did . Thank you as per I feel like this accident never happy I got my car back and looks clean and no more damage. Thank you.”

“The management team is extremely helpful and dedicated to helping their customers. They do work with insurance companies and get the job done asap when vehicle parts are available. Turn around time is good, but based on materials being available. They use nearby mechanic and other businesses to get their job done. Enterprise Rental is available at this location. Staff is attentive and willing to help and keep you up to date with your vehicle's status. Parking spaces are limited as well as street parking. It is located in an industrial area.”
