Wow, Del is just old-fashioned nice! So rare to find in today's world. My friend's Hotmail account was hacked and Del spent a number of hours with us making sure her devices all had up-to-date security protection and helping us try to find any potential gateways for crooks. Then he tried to not charge us. Amazing! I will certainly go to Del with any of my computer needs.

BlueTech has supported my workplace and me for over 10 years. Not only are they quick to respond, they have a depth of knowledge that keeps up with the changes that happen so quickly in tech and networking. Wi-Fi problems are simply non-existent for us any more and our move to cloud-based services have given us tremendous flexibility, thanks to Rick and his team. Highly recommended.

Our residential condo wanted to setup WiFi access for our residents in the pool, community room, gym and parking garages. We're in north beach and some mobile providers get weak coverage on our property. We were looking for a solution where residents can use their phones all over the property for calls and web access. We contacted BlueTech IT (as well as a few others) for a proposal and they provided a comprehensive and detailed plan of action. We knew our layout was challenging but Rick at BlueTech was upfront with us about what to expect and gave us a thorough presentation of WiFi technology and recommended the perfect equipment for our property. We now have excellent coverage throughout all these areas and our WiFi speeds are fantastic. Our board of directors is extremely happy with the results and our residents can now use their phones in the garage and other weak areas with no problem.
We appreciated the communication throughout the project and they really are experienced. They oversaw the entire project from cabling to installation. BlueTech is now our preferred vendor for IT services and we are now working with them to get WiFi coverage for our beach.

After 10 years of working for a firm I decided to take it on my own.
I started my business with my laptop trying to do all things on my own, however there were some things that I wasn't able to manage in that way. Especially when things started to grow and I hired some people, thus needing to share some information among our crew.
I came across Blue Tech through a friend of mine who recommended them.
They not only were competent enough to quickly address our needs, but Rick knew the direction in which my company's IT should move (servers, networking, email, web, etc)
He made suggestions and counseling that, when analyzed, were the best option for my growth.
Now Blue Tech manages all of our network. Whenever a friend or an acquaintance needs a helping hand I mention them as I know they will not get disappointed.
From my personal experience I can say that I couldn't have invested better in IT.
