Customer service first time for membership horrible experience, two person attending one client and one I asked if someone can attend me she was like out of control unsrespecful said there is no one else ! Just us ! Yelled at me ! I don’t recommend this place to anyone young lady I think is the manager needs to be replaced ! I’ll get her name

I was a novice when it came to beef cuts and luckily the butcher working that day “Francisco Cardenal”, I hope I remembered his name correctly, was so helpful and friendly that I rarely see now days….
I highly recommend, especially if he is working that day!!??????

I love Bjs! It’s nearby and has all we are looking for. We believe it’s worth the membership- we are thinking if switching to Costco because BJs has allowed soliciting outside their doors for over a month & it’s uncomfortable.
