I hope to never set foot in this location again. My boyfriend and I thought we were being smart by using the app for express pay so we could split the groceries between us. When we got to the doors to leave, the woman didn’t understand us when we said his groceries were on one side of the cart and mine were on the other. For the next fifteen minutes, she proceeded to go through every item and correlate it to the receipt. At times telling me the item was not on the receipt to which I would have to show her sometimes multiple times. She even began to remove each item from my cart to another cart to double check the items versus the receipts. It was humiliating. I almost left the store without my hundreds of dollars in groceries because I was so embarrassed being scrutinized in this capacity. This was an absolutely mortifying experience.

The whole chicken that they already have cooked and ready to eat, smells and tastes disgusting, they should review how they are preparing it and improve the recipe, and the older lady who is in the deli that serves the public with the cheese and hams review her treatment with the clients since I went one day at the end of the afternoon and she was alone packing cheeses and she looked at me in front of her and ignored me completely. I think I stayed for about 20 minutes waiting for her to deign to serve me, which she did, but not before doing a gesture of discomfort...

Arriving at a place and being well received is everything! But it's been part of your routine for years. I can no longer say the same about this place the guard at the door (lady) if he doesn't like you he asks you to show the card almost biting even if you are there 2 times in the same day...with 2 minutes observing you will notice that it is not everyone.

In almost 10 years in the USA, I had never been denied entry to a place. It happened today at this BJ's, when the door clerk (10:30 am) wouldn't let me in because I didn't have the membership. I explained to him that I had come to see what the prices and offers are like here, to see if it would be convenient for me to get the membership that they are currently offering on the internet at a special price, and he made a complicated face and told me that I had to go to Customer Service to ask I don't know what. I felt discriminated against because in the last 5 minutes other people have entered without being asked for membership. No thanks, keep your store, now the one who doesn't want to be a member is me. Good business!

In general my experience has been good. There are times that some products are missing but it is not a big problem. The cashier Lindsay Hernandez is very friendly.

Terrible service by a supposed "manager" called Iris who is at the cash registers, bad treatment, she doesn't know how to serve the public, she doesn't even greet customers when they have a problem and she doesn't give any solution, wanting to be right when they do. They have evidence in photos.
How bad it is to have an employee like this, more respect for the public please!

Martha at the door to exit is very busy gossiping and gets mad when you want to leave. Need to educate your employees!!! Turns her back while im speaking to her, rude!!!!
