I have had 2 good experiences with the optical Dept. The staff are courteous and professional. There is a good selection of frames. I already had the rx so I didn't have to see the optometrist. It took about 10 days to receive the frames. All in all. A good experience.

On September 7, 2022 I made an online purchase totaling over $400. The order was to ship out in 2-3 days. On Sept 23rd received a call from AIT logistics, the company delivering the products, asking what time they could deliver on Monday, Sept 26th. When they called I told them to cancel the shipment, I do not need it again (14 days after). Up until this day, November 18th, I cannot get my refund from BJS. I am tired of calling and speaking to supervisors and getting a run around and spending long periods on the phone, going back and forth over the same things I said in previous calls even when I presented a Ticket #, so they could pull up the info. I even called AIT Logistics and they informed me they returned the products back to Bjs from October 7Th. BJs I NEED MY MONEY, I WILL NEVERRRRR SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. Supervisors promise to call back or email back, you hear nothing back from the company...NOTHING!!!

BJ's IS HORRIBLE! I waited over 6 months for a broken item, had to returns at 8 months, 3 months later no refund. Refund was sent to a closed account aftrr i specically told them not too and now they are saying they can't help me nor does anyone ever call me back. Management is terrible and they all say they have no way of contacting accounting to help. They escalate my issue and then no call back. Extremely upset and customers have NO ONE to call or discuss issues with. BJs should be held accountable and attorneys are unaffordable. I'm hopeful that me posting this over and over will get some attention. Repost and share!

Wonderful experience !! Everything was smooth , buying glasses for 45 yrs , I know the drill. Great selection of frames , good help in choosing , very thorough eye exam , and very fast service...3 days ahead of schedule. Mario and staff very nice people. Price really fair...I got 2 pairs for price of one in the other big chain stores. I don't lie for anybody...very happy.

September 20, 2022The deli department staff and the manager (Luis no one was able to provide his last name) of BJs at 7050 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33155 in Miami, Florida simply do not answer the phone, they put you on hold for endless hours and do not provide the member service I'm paying for. I have called today about 10 times from 10 in the morning to 1.30 pm to ask a simple question: if a cheese that has been ordered for 2 weeks arrived so I don't have to take the long drive and find they don't have it. It is downright unconscionable and unprofessional that NO ONE answers the phone which one assumes would be part of the job description.Can SOMEONE take a look please and contact this BJs?Thank you!

Recently became a member for the first time. I noticed a lot of the reviews are from years ago and wanted to chime in with my recent experience. Was surprised they carry many of the same brands (and many more!) as Costco but at more reasonable sizes so perishable items don't go to waste. The clientele is way more polite and patient than Costco shoppers and the staff is very personable and savvy about the inventory. The way everything is laid out makes sense. We found this BJ's to have great parking, ample product selection, attentive staff, great prices and tons of membership perks and rewards. All the meats and produce were fresh and the store overall was clean, organized and well-stocked. Was a bit weary of leaving Costco after 15 years for BJ's but super happy with the decision thus far. Almost ZERO food has gone to waste from our first shop. Prices are great and the membership is worth every penny.

Horrible customer service. You guys have the express pay yet when the battery of your scanner dies it’s takes 15 mins to get resolved by the so called store manager Michael which was dressed in a sweatshirt and sweat pants. Not very professional if you are a Store manager so i decide to call the store and they tell me the Store Manager is Jose Vargas not Michael like he told me he was. ?

I give this BJs 3 stars overall. FRAUDULENT COVID-19 TESTING IN PARKING LOTOn Wednesday December 22nd I stood in a short line at a pop up covid-19 testing site in the parking lot of BJs wholesale club located on coral way and 70th Ave (7050 Coral Way). I was informed about this site by my mother and three other family members who work in the area and were tested there earlier that day. We were all told that we would be receiving results via email in 24-48hrs. NEITHER MYSELF, 4 FAMILY MEMBERS, AND 5 CO-WORKERS EVER RECEIVE RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The site consisted of a long table under a small tent and three personnel. A male in his fifties handed out a clipboard with an application to those standing in line. There was a lady close in age, wearing full PPE who handed me the swab stick and provided instructions. There was another individual sitting at the table next to her collecting the bag with the completed sample. In the application I provided my name, home address, phone number, and email address. I did not fill out the part asking for my social security number or insurance information simply because I usually don't have to when I've been tested in the past. Apparently certain healthcare professionals who are allowed to run tests may receive funds to run these tests and have lab costs covered by the government. This is not confirmed but it's what others in similar situations have expressed. It's incredibly heartless to take advantage of people during a health crisis. This needs to stop!

Customer service is terrible. My membership was cancelled by an inefficient CSR and was cut short even though it was paid for for a whole year. This happened in July and I am still trying to get this resolved. BJ’s owes me a month of membership and they still do not honor it. I also had a bad experience when I bought tires and had to wait almost a whole day to get them installed. They should really offer a better service to their customers to keep them happy
