It is unfortunate that almost all veterinary clinics only see animals as a business for them and not a vocation or love for them. It is understandable that everything costs money but they do not care about charging and charging money, without caring what the pet really has. After they have taken all the money, they ignore the patient, regardless of the state of their health. There are things that must be done from reason and the health of the animal must be important.

Dr. Jimenez saved our little dog Sadie’s life after a dog attack. He left his dinner and came Afterhours swiftly. We are very grateful. His professionalism and demeanor really helped us as well in such an awful time. Can’t say enough about this man. Her after care was fantastic as well . See photo she is perfect again which we don’t think was possible at the time !

Dr. Jiménez was wonderful with my cat, Copper. We adopted her two weeks ago, and she appeared to have a few issues.
It turns out she is not 10 months old like a different vet told us, she’s 7! Her ears were FILTHY, which the previous vet did not tell me about either. So Dr. Jimenez had them cleaned right there and then.
She also had been throwing up on and off for a week, and Dr. Jimenez determined that she was eating too much and a little diet change should fix her right up.
I feel very comfortable with the doctor and his staff and I would recommend BVC to anyone.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Copper girl! The little piggy kitty lol

I find the staff here extremely energetic, friendly and helpful. I brought my dog in because of an issue with a lump. I did tell the vet that my caretaker had let a rat infestation get out of control on my property and he did not put 2 and 2 together but in the end I don't know if he would have been able to realize that the issue was botflies. I did show a picture to the vet tech and she also did not guess.
In any case he was very kind in finding out that the other animal that was not there at the appointment also shared the property, and prescribed nexguard for the animal I think he saved the dog's life. The dog has a very bad botfly infection and I don't understand how the caretaker allowed the animal to get to this condition. And it was very scary that this animal and the condition was so close to my own dog, who was also showing signs, but no signs of fleas. I do think the nexguard did handle it and I also have treated both dogs with an antibiotic cream. Overall I really like the vet center even if they missed what was going on because what they prescribed took care of it and I do think that they are very caring and responsive.
As a side note, I highly recommend Cyznic for treating the lawn, bushes for maggots, eggs, live insects for mosquitoes, flies, ants, roaches, beetles, and we sprayed it and got rid of the rat infestation using it as well! Highly recommend!

Doctor Jimenez has been my dog's vet since 2016 and i am very pleased with his professionalism. My English bulldog had allergies, overweight, bronchitis, and he is happy and healthy thanks to this vet. He always find an affordable and helpful solution for all. So grateful

My dog had to get surgery after christmas and, as my former vet was on vacation, I went to see Dr. Jimenez. Long story short, he is now my dog vet. I like the clinic and he explains very well everything and he helps a lot. Happy to have a vet that I don’t have to beg to get food prescriptions or meds when the dog needs them -he doesn’t sell them.

The WORST VETERINARY TEAM, NEVER take your pet here!!! We took our "VENUS" on 11/14/2023 because she had eaten something that made her sick... they did laboratory tests and x-rays and the diagnosis was a foreign body in her stomach and they sent her home... they charged $696.66 and give it puree.... the next day Venus did not improve. At noon we called the doctor's office and the secretary told us that they had already received the laboratory tests, that he had an infection and that we had to take him to a hospital because otherwise he would die!! WHAT A LACK OF ETHICS!! We took her to an emergency veterinary hospital and it turns out that the diagnosis Dr. GIMENEZ gave WAS WRONG!!! The foreign body was lodged in the esophagus, and a gastroscopy had to be done... because 48 hours had already passed, the damage was greater. Fortunately, although it cost us a fortune. We managed to obtain QUALIFIED attention and with a CAPABLE and HELPFUL team!! Attached is a correct full body x-ray, THING HE DIDN'T DO!!! And to think that we were recommended by someone who trusts Him.WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

If you want to be manipulated and have your dog treated in a bad way, come here, they scammed me, they are white collar thieves, I made an appointment for a medical consultation and they vaccinated my puppy with vaccines that were not required or requested by me, the doctor doesn't care Your dog only cares about getting paid, they didn't check my dog, they gave him the wrong age, a complete disaster DON'T COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Not a good experience at all in this place , my cat needed a blood work had to call 3 times to have the tests send to my email , no explanation whatsoever when I received the test , I am no vet or doc to know what a cat bloodwork says so I had to call AGAIN and … take your pets somewhere else.
