At a bad time, I took them a 2024 4 Runner to install an LED light on the front that I bought there for $400, they charged me $220 to install it plus $100 to trim the front grill so that the light can work fully, the same day a yellow light comes on on the dashboard of the 4 Runner, I went to the TOYOTA dealer to see what was happening with that yellow light, when they took it apart they asked me what KIND OF CRAZY CRIMINAL had installed the LED light, they did all kinds of crazy things, they left loose cables with the risk of a short circuit and subsequent fire, they left screws not put in place, leaving parts LOOSE and tied with wires, when I return to this pathetic place to tell Mr. Pedro what happened he answers me that he is going to talk to the installer and that
NEXT TIME he does something like that I will fire him!!!!!! He took $100 out of his pocket and gave it to me as a way to get out of trouble and get me to leave, at the very least he would return the total of the $320 that I paid for installation since the service was of no use except the time I lost plus almost one thousand dollars that they charged me at the Toyota to replace the damaged parts

The owner of this establishment is a straight up scammer. I came being told that the check up is 50 and he changed the price after to 90 and wouldn't give me my keys to the car unless I paid the 90 plus he did not want to give me receipt. The best part was my issue was not resolved and he pretty much made 90 for staring at my car radio. This place needs to get shut down asap.

People beware, one of the worst experiences i have had in this place. 1. Prices are always changing randomly and they expect you to go for it. 2. Rude and have no experience when treating customers. As I walked in the store to complain about the horrible job done on my tinted window a man was also at the store complaining about something done poorly. 3. My tinted window looks like I straight up grabbed a sharpie and colored in certain air bubbles. BEWARE people just go somewhere else all the reviews show it and even crazier their responses. Disgusting.

Ask for price before and time to do it.
I arrived and they had no availability, there was something to wait for, I said OK. They let me sign the quote and double what they had already told me and I don't respect it.
