AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I took my bike four times to this place. Three times to fix a flat and once to fix my gear shifter.
The first three times they just changed my inter tube and charged me, without ever trying to find the root cause of my flats. After getting flats every two weeks consecutively, I decided to take it to another bike shop. Guess what? Within 5 minutes they found a sharp plastic in the inner lining that was eroding my rear inner tube. They replaced it and I have NEVER had a flat since.
The next time I went to replace a gear shifter. They charged me for the replacement and never tightened the snake. So my bike gears kept slipping even with the new shifter, When I went back, instead of guaranting the job, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN for adjusting the snake.
These guys ripped me off.

Incredible experience at Bike Masters, the staff was knowledgeable and fulfilled all my needs. I’m not an avid biker and came in with a lot of questions, I was treated with professionalism and left the shop with more knowledge that I walked in with. I would highly recommend you visit this shop if you’re looking for the best deals on new bikes or any repairs.

BE WARNED! I paid to have both my front and rear wheels built on brand new rims. After 1 week of riding, I noticed that my brand new rim was already slightly out of true. This prompted me to check the spokes, and I found that many of them were so loose that I could turn them by hand!! The spokes were not tensioned properly and the wheel was not centered/dished properly! Also upon closure examination I found that several of the spokes had been stripped. I had to take my bike it to another shop to have the wheels rebuilt a second time! This was extremely frustrating considering I paid $130 to have both wheels built. I would not recommend this shop for any serious bike maintenance; their carelessness and lack of attention to detail nearly caused me to ruin my brand new rims.

I've been coming to this shop since 2012. I remember the previous owners weren't too knowledgeable about their products. With the help of Google I was able to guide myself into buying the right type of bike for my specific style of riding. Their service ended with just having the bike in stock.
Flash forward 9 years and 2 bikes later (the first 2 bikes were stolen from me) I return to this shop because I always knew they had the product. THIS time...the service was ALSO there. Ramiro is a rider himself. His knowledge helped me fine tune the style of bike to my specific needs. Starting with the proper frame size we were able to piece together other hardware suitable for my style of riding...all the way to the specific tread of the tires.
Finally, another year later, I take the bike in for a tune up because I not only use it for recreational purposes but also as a means of transportation to and from multiple jobs. Needless to say I had put A LOT of miles on this one. Ramiro took the bike in and was able to provide a same day service of a tune up. Truthfully it was ready within the hour but I had to leave the bike due to a work emergency.
Amazing service. Amazing staff. Amazing owner! I will definitely recommend this shop.

Bike Masters is the best bike shop I’ve ever been to. Ramiro, Pepe and Omar are aces not only in knowledge and expertise but also in kindness and patience. It’s the place I will ever recommend to everyone needing to give a heck of a tune-up to their bikes. All thumbs up, Ramiro!!!

Best bike shop in town, took my older model GT and they were able to get it going back to new! Ramiro and Omar were great they took the bike and gave it a much needed overhaul. Showed me the faulty parts and treated me fairly. Will recommend to everyone I know.
