Since I do not visit Miami very often, I tend to do my research and find the higher rated hotels. Since this city is a major tourist destination, I try not to get anything too fancy if I am going to be out and about all day. But I also prefer something safe with all of the amenities. Therefore, "Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites" fit my budget. Since I planned on staying here for 2 nights from Saturday 3/16/2024 to Monday 3/18/2024, this place hit all the high notes for me. The area is relatively safe and in very close proximity to Miami International Airport; roughly only an 8-12 minute drive depending on traffic and the time of day. If you plan on taking an Uber to/from the airport, that will only run you around $15 USD. Furthermore, the parking lot is quite spacious as I did not witness an abundance of vehicles at any give time. The inside also had a decent area that serves continental breakfast, an indoor pool, a small gym, washer/dryers, and a conference room for meetings. The check-in process was simple as I accumulate points on the Best Western app. After parking my rental car near the front lobby, I proceeded at the front desk, gave them my name and confirmation number, and was handed two room key cards in less than 3 minutes. I decided on the first floor (room 103) as I had two very large carry-on luggage pieces. What I particularly liked was that my rental car and parking stall was directly outside of the window of my room. Once inside the room itself, this too was also quite spacious. Inside you will find a decent sized mini-fridge, desk, and lounge chair. However, in the room I got, there was no closet or safe. The bed that was provided was more on the firm side. However, there were quite a decent amount of charging ports for wireless devices, laptops, etc. as well as a 42" LCD TV. The bathroom offered excellent hot water pressure complete with towels. One other drawback is that even with all the lights on, the room was quite dark. However, I was very satisfied as this area was very quiet as I slept peacefully the two nights I was here. All in all, the "Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites" is an above average hotel that I highly recommend. If you are someone that does not choose to be in the heart of the busy nightlife, noisy crowds, and rowdy spring breakers that you will find at Brickell, Little Havana, Miami Beach, Downtown, and South Beach, this place will do just fine. My rating, an above average four stars.

Don't be fooled by appearances like we were by the Best Western Plus Miami Airport Hotel. The interior of this establishment, particularly our assigned hotel room, pales in comparison to the exterior. I discovered a stain on one side of the bed's sheets which I hope was not blood. The carpet looked torn up and I found a sizable tear on the entry path to the room. There was also quite a bit of touch-up paint applied to the walls of the bathroom. Our room was a legit dump! The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service from the airport, but we waited over an hour before anyone picked us up. The wait the following morning for the shuttle was also lengthy, so we procured our own means of transportation. We opted to stay at the Best Western Plus Miami Airport Hotel due to its proximity to the cruise terminal, but I am thankful we only stayed for one night. I've learned my lesson and will definitely think twice before booking another reservation at an airport hotel.

It is a hotel near the airport, good for one night, with a comfortable room, a fairly complete complimentary breakfast... but the indoor pool was not accessible, they did not notify us at the time of booking. There is an in-out transfer service to the airport and it never looked for us... all the other services at the other hotels came and went, the one at the Best W. Plus never came.

The location of this hotel is perfect when flying at the Miami airport. The free hotel shuttle is also a great help. (runs from 4am until 11pm). They have delicious hot free breakfast (try the pancakes. They're delicious!!) And some snacks in the lobby reasonable priced. They also have good options very close near by. The hotel staff are all very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nice and comfy and very spacious although the hotel is a bit dirty/run down but they did not deter me from giving a 5 star review because it was a hotel for me to stay in not "vacation" at.

Don’t let the other reviews or pictures fool you. This place is a dump. The toilet in our room wouldn’t even flush. When they sent someone up to our room to look at it their solution was to not put toilet paper in it. The room also smelled from the moment we walked in. Not what you would expect when spending over $300 for a suit room.We stayed here because they had a room that would fit 5 people. The shuttle driver from the airport was nice and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel requested a credit card to block the deposit, I believe this procedure is carried out by all hotels, so far, without any problems. However, a few days have passed and the amount of $50.00 posted to my credit card has not been refunded. It was informed by email that this amount would be refunded on the same day of check out.I'm waiting for action, as I've already sent messages through the booking app, but I haven't heard back from the hotel.

Near MIA airport. Free pick up from airport to the hotel was very convenient. You call them once you pick up your luggage and they are there with in 15 mins. Out dated hotel. Rooms are not fancy. Breakfast was average continental BF but enough to get the day going. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel over all is old and outdated. Has small "gym" and swimming pool.

The ceilings were high. Bed comfy. No bodywash was provided. I could hear people in the hallway. The shower was a rain from above type which was nice.Walkability: I wouldn't walk much there. This location is more for airport proximity.

Hotel is well maintained and our room was very clean. Very close to the airport, which was great since we arrived very late. All the staff was friendly and the breakfast included real eggs and plates (not disposable) Lots of options for healthier eating.Highly recommend this hotel.
