Insane that I have to wait for an hour + to have a prescription filled for my mother when it takes according to the pharmacists 15 minutes.

This pharmacy has to seriously reconsider how it does business. Medication packets are not in alphabetical order so this makes the workers have to run around everywhere and check a bunch of bins to find your medication. Extremely unorganized. Because of this, the line is always long at the pharmacy no matter what time you go. The pills I have gotten have been very dusty both times, almost like they were in storage or mixed with other medication before being dispensed. They look dirty. I so wish I could go to their largest competitor but unfortunately it's no longer in network for my insurance. Steer clear if you can. Disorganized and ineffective.

This store is SOOOOOOO ghetto and dirty and the quality, service, product selection and availability is the worst. Beiing this is a 24 hr store they should know better than to have only 2 cashiers on a Sunday evening. Absolutely horrendous.

The service is poor! I just took my 81 yro grandma to get a booster. They had vaccines (which probably will go to waste if they aren't used) and one of the attendants told me that because the nurse was gone, they couldn't do it anymore. I asked if the pharmacist could administer it, and she said no. I'm a doctor, they could administer it, and other cvs stores administer vaccines by the pharmacist, not a "nurse." To deny a necessary vaccine to an elderly is heartless...and everyone heard my plea, but no one cared.

Longest lines. No one ever picks up the phone. Every time when I receive notification that prescription is ready and make a drive, pharmacy takes extra hour to process it on the top of the 40 min wait in line. Unprofessional, unorganized. That's all.

DANGEROUS STORE, DO NOT SHOP HERE At the CVS I asked the manager named Nelson, to please ask the customers not wearing masks to put one on or at least offer to sell them the one dollar masks they were selling and he refused. He said CVS does not enforce the policy. ARRRRRRRRRR SEVERAL CUSTOMERS WERE NOT WEARING MASKS SND WERE TOUCHING SND SMELLING THE MERCHANDISE. Unbelievable ignorance!!!!! Go to Walgreens. It's just down the street and much safer

Came here to grab a couple of things. They have a wonderful variety of products of every kind. But if you can't find them good luck. Because the employee here is not very helpful. Not every employee, but most of them, unfortunately. Parking is the best. I have always found parking here. Great for last-minute pick-ups.

The manager only picks up phone to quickly put you on hold . The pharmacy is understaffed and puts you on hold for thirty minutes even after messing up your scripts. Nothing like MIAMI beach cvs which is great. Avoid at all cost. The manager "Nelson" Is of no help.. he simply does not care .. it's obvious that it's bad management that makes for understaffing and terrible service.. he said "I don't care call my boss" when I asked that he please connect me to a pharmacist.

I shop at this CVS because it is the most convenient location to my home, within walking distance. Unlike other CVS stores, I am almost never acknowledged when I enter the store. The aisles are usually partially blocked by bins of products being restocked, no matter what time of day I am there. The pharmacy is very busy and sometimes the wait lines are long. The lines at the check out at the front of the store are also long and people sometimes form multiple lines, going down the aisles as well as across the front of the store. Trying to call the pharmacy is a nightmare because they keep you on hold for a long time, 10-15 minutes and more, with garbled music that sounds like its playing underwater. They are not good at keeping products such as vitamins in stock, and sometimes I either have to look for something like what I want, or leave without it and try again later.
