Honestly was not impressed with the customer service of this store. Would not plan on coming back anytime soon. The only reason why I ended up purchasing items from here was for the great customer service from Mark! I asked three other associates about an item that showed two online, being a former employee I would at least check the warehouse to assist a customer before just saying we don't have it. Mark was the only associate who actually checked the designated area where the wireless speaker should be and did not find it there, then went to the warehouse and actual found the item. If I was a GM I would hire more employees like Mark, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist customers.

This place is terrible. I came in to buy the meta 3 VR headset. Not one person would help me. After being ignored after approaching 2 different associates finally on the 3rd attempt I approached a kid standing in front of the door. He told me to go to check out and purchase it straight from them. I waited in line. I asked a question about the 6month trial the cashier said she never heard of it. Another guy “went to check”. I told her i wanted to buy it anyways. She went to another register and started checking out other customers. I asked her to let me check out and explained to her that it wasnt right that she was skipping me when i absolutely wanted to purchase the headset. She told me i had to wait until the boy came back. My friend went to the front and asked for a manager so we could just check out and go. The manager (or man that said he was the manager) “Matthew” said “no” when she asked if he could help us after he said he was the manager. He then ignored her. The boy came back finally (he was nice) The lady in line rang up the wrong gb headset twice. He had to void it and go get the correct headset. On the way out the headset set off the alarm as if we had stole it or something. He didnt give us a bag or anything just the box so it looked like we were just walking out. Fortunately i had the receipt.

I just left the store that is located in Doral on 107th, I had been waiting for more than 1 hour in Costumer Service and the store associate in this department Elizabeth attended to another customer knowing I was in front of her and then she left her position. I work towards another part of the store, leaving me without service standing there for pleasure, very bad service

Beyond TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After getting my name on "the list" I waited 20 mins for the salesperson to attend to me. As I approach him , he stated he had to check the list for the next person. He goes to the girl in front door grab 2 small bags of food and walks away to have lunch. He didn’t even have the courtesy to excuse himself and prehaps say someone else would come help you. The cell phone station stayed empty for 10mins when another worker past by and I went and approach him, he had to go use the restroom. In the meantime the lady in the front stopped several employees after I kept asking her when would someone come attend to me. A good total 40 mins waiting , store was pretty much empty. Finally I was able to grab a young lady with some attitude to finally attend to me. I share my dissatisfaction with the customer service and she simply brush me off.
All these employees are way laid back, and they know they can get away with it. They are not worry about the customers at all. They are in their own agenda. I guess this behavior must be acceptable to upper management. What Best Buy used to be years ago is no longer there. They lack customer services really bad , giving Best Buy a BAD name. It should be a matter of time before they close down. They let buyers walk away not because they dont want to buy , but because they take their sweet time to attend to them, and the sad part of it all they don’t care, and it's all ok with them .
