Spacious place with many items, the clerks brought me a Microwave, I paid for it and 4 of them sat down again to check their phones and talk, they didn't even ask me if I needed help getting it into the car.

Best Buy Worst Store11-25-2023. I rated 1 star because of a rude, aggressive employee named Luis from the warehouse.I went to the store at 12495 SW 88th St, Miami, FL 33186 on Monday 11-20-2023 to pick up a cable I bought online for a store pickup.I saw an employee Luis walking past me. I asked for help looking for the lockers to get my cable. He responded that he could not help as he was busy preparing for Black Friday. I then asked him if he was too busy or did not want to help and asked him if if he worked at Best Buy. He replied "Can't you see" pointing to his Best Buy shirt. I told him I was going to report him and I joined the line to get help. He walked away and asked me from across the store if I needed help to spell his name, loud enough that I could hear him from 20 ft away.As it turns out I was at the wrong store and if Luis wasn't too busy preparing for Black Friday and took a minute to help me he would have realized that I was at the wrong store.I left and went to the store where the cable was really at: the employees were very helpful quite the opposite to Warehouse Luis.I can't believe that an employee from Best Buy would be that rude and push back at a customer like that.

I purchased a $1199.00 Samsung tablet took it to Best Buy for them to transfer info from a tablet l bought from them last Xmas to my new tablet l was told l would have to pay $140.00 almost fainted asked the salesman to look up my account and asked him do you think BEST BUY would want to lose a customer who have spent thousands over a simple thing like pairing one tablet to the other.Bye Bye BEST BUY ?

Relatively knowledgeable associate. Did not necessarily disclose all the facts about buying one brand over another, but I don't fault him for that, as in today's world, there are just too many issues to consider. One has to go in to purchase with much prior knowledge.

Stepping back into the Micro Center in Tustin after a 15-year hiatus is like being thrust into a futuristic wonderland. The transformation is substantial; a veritable computer mega-store teeming with technological marvels. If it's tech-related, odds are, they've got it.On my visit, I was on the hunt for a niche solution to connect an external hard drive to my iPhone. This required some expertise and specific adapters. The staff here were nothing short of exceptional, displaying an impressive level of knowledge and guiding me smoothly through the process. The fusion of service and expertise is palpable here. The physical scale of the store is considerable and it lives up to its size with a dazzling array of computer-related products. From top-line Macs and PCs to the nitty-gritty components for those who love to build their own machines, it's truly a tech enthusiast's paradise. What's even more remarkable is the cadre of staff members who evidently know their onions. They're not just glorified salespeople, they are more like tech consultants, well-versed and ready to engage with all your queries. It's a real boon in a world increasingly reliant on technology.Bear in mind, this isn't a fly-by visit kind of store. There's just so much to discover, you'll naturally want to explore. It's not a reflection on their service speed, more so on the sheer wealth of products. In terms of pricing, they stack up well against other retailers. Some items bear standard price tags, but there are also plenty of attractive deals and sales. Plus, individual computer components are competitively priced.Customer service goes beyond the counter here. While soaking in the tech wonderland, I was approached multiple times by proactive staff members. This attentive service, while simple, is increasingly rare in retail and adds to the positive experience. The store also earns major points for its inventory of older technology. They've managed to strike a balance between cutting-edge and near-obsolete. If there's a hard-to-find item that's a couple of years old, chances are you'll find it here. All things considered, Micro Center in Tustin is an epicenter for tech enthusiasts. Whether you're after something very specific or seeking uncommon computer components, this store is a goldmine. It blends expertise, service, and a treasure trove of tech under one roof, making it an unrivaled shopping destination.

I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional tech-support assistance from Jesus Segura at Best Buy. His expertise and dedication in resolving my tech issues were truly outstanding. Jesus went above and beyond to ensure that I left with a solution, and his friendly demeanor made the whole experience even better. I’m extremely satisfied with the service he provided. Kudos to Jesus and the Geek Squad team for their excellent support!

As a long time customer, I was very disappointed in the misinformation I was provided by many of the staff. I bought an 85 in tv about 6 months ago and was sold the total tech package with the pretenses that it would cover damages. The sales associate told me that it would cover any damages to my purchase for three years. They falsely told me that the plan included internal and external damages, so therefore, I agreed.Recently the screen on my tv cracked and I went to Best Buy expecting them to fix it since I’ve been paying insurance on the tv. When I got there, the first sales associate told me that it wouldn’t be a problem, she’s had people come in with broken tvs and they simply replace it if you have total tech. In fact, she was selling the same concept to the customer in front of me. He heard everything and was also sold on the idea. However, the manager stepped in and informed me that total tech does not cover physical damage anymore. It was a previous resource. I was never informed of this. I was sold a service under false pretense. He stated that it only covers internal damage or black out issues. This is nothing that the manufacture warranty can’t cover. What is the point of purchasing the total tech package?? It was an absolute waste of money.Best Buy needs to educate their sales associates in order to not mislead the customers anymore by false advertising a service that they don’t provide.

I bought a camera and had a situation with the return. Spoke with customer service online who advised me to go in person and the manager will honor the return. I wasted my time driving to this best buy. Upon arrival, I encountered the rudest, impolite, abrupt manager, Katelyn H (A white female hispanic with glasses). She did not want to even interact with the proof of messages I had with the previous agent or look through the notes in the system. I understand policy, but her cruel demeanor was not necessary and she should not be speaking with consumers like this. I will very much be reaching out to corporate.

If I could give 0 stars to this store, I would. I was waiting 15 minutes to get a person to help me with a TV that I was ready to buy. Customer service is garbage. This store is banned from now on. I will never go there again no matter what the sale. Better off going to Brandsmart. That’s where I ended up buying my $2000 Samsung TV. I guess Best Buy didn’t want my business or money?
