Angel assisted me this morning with a very complicated return. He kept his composure and professional spirit up. To keep this short and sweet I’m leaving this review here for customers, managers, and his peers to acknowledge that customer service isn’t about selling, more times than not it’s just having patience, persistence and positive attitude.

New store that replaced another store closer to home. It's pretty, has a ton of square footage but inventory is less than the store it replaced in Pinecrest. Personally, I'll drive farther to the Homestead store in the future.

Terrible Experience with General Manager Carmen at Best Buy Dadeland Mall
I had an absolutely dreadful experience dealing with Carmen, the general manager at the Best Buy in Dadeland Mall. Not only was the customer service severely lacking, but Carmen's dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist were beyond frustrating.
Upon arriving at the store, I was made to wait for over 25 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. When I finally managed to speak with Carmen, she brushed off my concerns and suggested I go to another store for help.
To make matters worse, the product I purchased did not match the receipt, and despite my attempts to resolve the issue, Carmen outright refused to provide a refund or assist me in contacting another store or corporate for help. It's appalling that a general manager would display such negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction.
Carmen's behavior reflects poorly on the entire Best Buy brand, and it's evident that she has no interest in resolving customer issues or providing satisfactory service. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this location unless they enjoy being treated with disrespect and incompetence.
One of the other associates helped finally just to get rid of me. Over the years, spent well over 50k with this company and this is how I was treated.

Best Buy on Dadeland Circle has poor service. I spent 30 minutes begging for someone to advise us on buying a TV. In the end they told me that I had to go to the entrance to sign up so someone could help me.
It's sad, I've been a Best Buy customer for years but it seems to me that this branch has a serious customer service problem.
I am a member of the program and I pay an amount per year for service but I think Best Buy is not what it was or that store projected it to me

I went to pick up a speaker, it took minutes. Everything was excellent. Parking place next to the store. A few meters from Dadeland station

Horrendous, horrendous experience and extremely disappointed with Best Buy. I ordered an expensive replacement part for a computer online, it was advertised as being next day delivery so I had a technician arranged to come and install it. The item was delayed in being dispatched by Best Buy so it didn’t arrive for 3 days, I had to reschedule the technician and at the time he had limited availability and we were traveling. Fast forward to it being installed and straight out of the box it didn’t work, I returned to Best Buy who said because it had been purchased 3 weeks earlier and outside of their 14 day return window they would not take the return. The manager of the store directly told me that Best Buy as a company will only stand by their product for 14 days, regardless of quality issues, and the only way I could have bypassed it is if I paid $50 on purchase to increase my return window to 60 days. Extremely, extremely disappointing service, never again will I purchase again from a company with such little conviction in their actions.
