Customer service staff is GOD AWFUL. my uncle bought a TV online for additional pick up, when he arrived at the store, it was still in process especially hours after hours, then we asked on how to keep track of the order, and they gave us a number to call customer service. When i called them regarding of his order, some lady kept saying that there is no order under his name or number (which is a lie!) And started giving me attitude and laughed at me.I happen to be a publix associate that works in the customer service department, and I would NEVER treat my customers like this.

Horrible experience with Bestbuy. I ordered a Playstation 5 from them and had it delivered. I never received the packaged, I reached out to them about the issue and was expected to receive a replacement. The investigation team declined the replacement and I was told to contact the law enforcement. I don't know what the law enforcement is going to do with providing me a replacement or a refund! This was obviously the shipping company's fault for not giving my package to an actual person and requesting a signature instead of leaving it in my front porch and taking a picture. Never buying from Bestbuy again they lost a valuable customer.

I was looking for a new laptop with certain specifications for my business and David assisted me and made a really great recommendation. I had been to another Best Buy and I had to return two laptops that did not meet my needs but when I showed David what I needed he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed for my business. He didn't just look at what laptops he had infront of him but looked online to see what others met my needs and made sure he had on them stock. Thanks to his knowledge I was done searching. I finally got the laptop I needed for my business with the correct processor, speed, storage and even screen size. Thanks David.

if i could reviewed 0 stars i would. THE WORSE SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF. bought a refrigerator and has been a disaster for a simple ice maker installation. my wife is on her way to return it all. Do yourself a favor and do not step in here for appliances. taking this issue all the way up to corporate office. THE WORSE! and to get someone to answer the phone at the store has been an additional nightmare. my wife has returned the entire order and will close the account with Best buy.

Yesterday (11/12/23) afternoon i picked up a wonderful Insignia 43" 4K Fire Smart tv, assisted by an amazingly helpful & patient sales associate, Jadelyn. It was an early Christmas present from friends, who waited patiently while the tv was brought down from the back. Jadelyn said she knows everything there is to know about tvs, also an expert for Sony, and certainly proved that in answering all our questions & concern. She also answered questions about a 75" tv one of my friends was purchasing. iI'm an old person, haven't figured out the tv yet, it might be "above my pay grade!" but shopping at Best Buy certainly isn't, though the "signing in" was a surprise. i wish Best Buy the very best in all its endeavors, and God bless Jadelyn in her future with you!

As always, I’ve had great service at Best Buy in general with them doing audio installation for me. This time it was on my recently purchased Jeep JKU. The staff was very courteous, did great work on the install as well as worked very cleanly. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I am not a fan. I went because I was told they could help. I was told it would be better to get a new device. Honestly, I like my device and would like to fix it. I advise anything you buy here insurance it. I was greeted nicely, and I made an after the last attempt to walk in. I was looked at like I was an alien. I made an appointment at this location. I try to be an observer in my reviews to not give an opinion of my own. I have always felt strongly about the service at this place, in any location. I do feel they are good. I myself am looking for a smaller place that will help and not send me to the manufacturer. Please don't forget others have a much different opinion about this place. I do love the products. It is nice to still have a place to go to and not just online ordering. I am grateful that they had what I needed when I could not find anywhere, including the internet. So keep in mind Best Buys was available when no one else could offer the product I was looking for. Next time, I will insure instead of warranty. I did not think of pictures next time I will update. I hope this was helpful

The waiting time is absurd and they don't respect the queue to serve customers. Additionally, they said they had a product that was not available. At least the seller was polite, that's why I give it two stars.

Melanie was so helpful in my visit today. She made sure to resolve my issue promptly and with the best of attitudes and guide me in the right direction. She made sure to listen to me and to double check to find the best possible solution for what I needed. After having a bad experience at another store the night prior, she made sure I didn’t walk away without having my issue resolved. Especially when it was such a simple fix (tv remote). Her attitude is definitely exemplary and superb! So appreciative of her. Also, she guided me towards Cesar in the TV section who was also super friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me. Definitely a great experience. Makes a difference to shop at a store where they treat you with such regard. Thank you so much once again Melanie & Cesar!! You’re amazing!!

Efren from the appliance department is most definitely a valuable asset to this store. He helped make sure we got the appliance we needed as soon as possible, and followed up days later to make sure we were satisfied! Stellar employee!

Wish I could give 0 stars for customer service support because it sucks! I had to ask 5 different people for assistance to get some beats headphones, they lack professionalism and service. No staff in the isles to assist customers, everyone apparently was on break at 2:00 pm in the afternoon. Only one register open, def will order online next time or go to another Best Buy don’t waste your time or energy!!!

Best Buy sold me a duct for an LG dryer that I purchased in June. The duct was installed incorrectly. I had to call Best Buy and LG and spend almost 3 hours trying to solve the problem. LG was excellent at giving me directions on how to run tests on the dryer. They determined that, through pictures I sent them, that the unit was working fine but the installation was faulty. I went in person to Best Buy and they told me they were going to charge me again for the faulty installation. I completely disagreed and I argued with them that they had done a bad job and I was not going to pay again for the bad installation they did. Finally, they told me that they were not going to charge me anything and they were going to return the money for the dryer's rigid duct that they installed incorrectly. Finally, they came to reinstall with the new duct that I had bought from Home Depot earlier. When the person from Best Buy came to reinstall the duct, he said that he came to install a new dryer, clueless about the job he was supposed to do. I had to tell him what to do and I'm not sure that they did a good job. I went back to the store to return the rigid duct from the faulty installation and they told me I couldn't return it because it was over a month since they installed it. I had to explain again the faulty installation was their fault and I wanted my money back. The cashier gave me store credit and I told him that I wanted to talk to the store manager because I did not want to buy from Best Buy ever again. The manager was very unpleasant and inconsiderate about the issue. He turned his back on me and left. Do NOT go to this Best Buy because they have terrible customer service.
