The sellers were super friendly, but they didn't have much stock and the gondolas were incomplete and messy.

It’s interesting how much variation there is among Best Buy locations. This one was poorly organized, and merged customer pick up with the check out line, which added 15 minutes unnecessarily to my visit.

Staff is horrible and when asking for help it's like asking them to get a root canal. This store looks and feels sad.
