I called and they responded immediately made an appointment for the same day and Isaac came with in a couple of hours and it took him what I would say five minutes to fix my fridge I would definitely refer them very professional and experienced thank you once again Isaac you have a forever ever customer here due to your excellent service.

For those of you that have been looking for a great Appliance Repair Man…. Look no Longer. Best Appliance (Issac) was timely and made the Dryer repair in much less time than I expected. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He checked Everything prior to leaving. Now all my clothes are cleaned & DRY. THANK YOU Issac!!

I have never been more pleased to complete a review. Isaac at Best Appliances has been such a constant model of professionalism. I trust when he gives me a price it is ethical and he knows the best way to fix my appliances, especially in my line of work. Every time I have had to call on him, he never drops the ball or fails to get things done, WELL!! He keeps his appointments and has even gone so far as to do follow-up calls when repairs are complete, and 9 times out of 10, once he has fixed it, 's done well!! I will always remain a loyal and faithful customer!

I have only just decided to complete a review after years of using Best Appliances Inc. because it's overdue and well-deserved. When I needed my stove or refrigerator fixed Isaac is who I call. He shows up when he says he's going to come and is upfront about his prices. I like that he is ethical and after all these years I trust when he tells me what the deal is. He's a professional and I will continue to trust his work over any big chain as well as give him as a personal reference.

Isaac diagnosed and repaired a 20 inch stove for me, saving me from a costly replacement. Reasonable repair rates, showed up on time, great customer service all around. I really appreciated the text messages advising when they were on the way. They even located a part out of state for me. Definitely will call them again.
