I came into Berluti not expecting to receive the type of service I received. Wow! Was I surprised! Rachel helped me to understand the fundamentals about buying athletic footwear that I had no previous knowledge of. Which is probably why I injured my feet in the first place. Her patience and enthusiasm won me over. I'll be shopping at Berluti for my sneakers from now on!

High end fashion shop noted for their award winning shoes, menswear, and accessories. I stopped by the Miami store to repair my kangaroo leather shoes that were discolored when someone spilled a beverage on them the night before. Even though I purchased these shoes at a different Berluti, the staff did not hesitate to assist me by making the necessary repair by treating the leather and making the shoes look brand new. While I was waiting I had a chance to take a look at some gorgeous custom shoes this store prepared for another customer (see attached photos). Berluti also makes excellent clothing, accessories, and will even sell very high end custom leather chairs and sofas. California recently banned the sale of kangaroo leather so I guess my next pair of loafers will be purchased here, from the Miami store. If you want to stand out from the pack, Berluti is the place to come.
