Worst bank ever, terrible customer, helpless blame other banks ? for not allowing Zelle payments. Don’t bother calling they will tell you to go to the bank and the bank will tell you nothing shows on the screen. Save your time and go to a real bank. Unless you have time to do a part time there since you’ll have to go once a week for a different issues.

I just went in for a quick deposit and left my phone , wow the teller ran out and was able to return phone before I left parking lot , great customer service, I didn’t get her name but she had pretty blond hair

Horrible service, the atm will swallow card, no help from bank but to wait . Horrible . I need access to my funds. The atm at this location will not receive checks . Better off keeping money in a shoe box, in the closet .

I entered the branch with an issue and both tellers were eager to help. They solved my issue fast and efficiently. Every time I needed help in this branch, I got out with the solution.

Run from this bank ..the merger is a joke..they have stolen from me twice and ignore me. They blame "the merger" that was done In mid February. Please please go to another bank. Close your account ASAP. Please do yourself that favor..because if you have an issue they hide like cowards.

Called 27 times just got the voice mail....then on the 28 call a Cuban women told me she was at lunch breake....I told her that I was calling from outside of USA...put me on hold.....forever.....

Worst Bank ever . Rush time only one or two cashiers working. Rest of the people seating down in their offices pretending been busy . I have been waiting for 40 min standing in a line we’re everyone is complaining. One of the cashiers keep getting drive through window and leaving inside clients waiting. Horrible service. If you are in a hurry just don’t come to this bank. On top of that they don’t have any client considerations at all. Just don’t visit this horrible bank. Thank you

Terribly slow. No lobby open, 2 drive thru lanes and it takes over 30min to deposit a check. I will be taking my money to a different and more convenient bank.

B&T bank is one of the worst banks ever, you cannot deposit checks on your Mobil app over 500 dollars, you deport small checks and hold them for 11 days, may be they been affected by vivid 19 lol

Very disappointed in my visit I had brought a significant amount of money that my organization fundraises and I went to the bank to go deposit our money into our account so I could go ahead and donate it towards our philanthropy. I’ve never had an issue before and it’s not my first time depositing a lot of money in this bank. Since the money is money that is fundraised I had about $120 dollars in coins and a lot of $1 dollar bills which hasn’t been an issue before as other employees have helped me before. The lady at the bank (Olimpia) said she couldn’t help me count my coins that I had brought to the bank because she couldn’t hold up the line... mind you I was the only person in the bank! I had brought the coins wrapped and all, but some coins were missing from some wraps and she couldn’t “hold up the line”. She also got annoyed when she saw the significant amount of $1 dollar bills. I was just so dissatisfied because all this money is to donate and I wasn’t able to deposit the $120 or so in coins. Will be certainly asking my organization to move to another bank that is more helpful.

Absolutely awful service. I have had an account with this bank for years but this specific branch is horrible. Last week they refused to cash and deposit a check for me. Incredibly rude. Today, i called ahead because i had a broken bill and would like to have it changed. I called and the lady said no problem, come on in. So i come in and they literally tell me i'm lying and that i never called. This branch is the reason i am changing my bank.

I'm very upset with this branch because I had a personal loan and I paid in full I paid a check off to 20,000 and a litter more and it was paid on January the last January 28 I had only to pay 19,000 no lead it be more I was supposed to receive a check for 600 and something else but I never received it so I haven't gotten this branch that I spoke with Wendy and I spoke with Tania and they said that they going to looking for my information they gonna call me bad and today was the last time that I called and spoke with Wendy she said she will call you back but this never happened before so I don't trust those people anymore and I decide to go to another branch hopefully they will help me.
