I’ve interacted with a multitude of their staff & they are all rude and unhelpful. I would recommend going to any other branch because this one is incapable of helping their patrons.

As I’m about to enter there’s a white hispanic male blocking the staircase to the bank. Instead of greeting us, he harasses us with questioning as he continues to block the entrance after showing him that we are bank memebers. A very confusing experience, with a strangely belligerent bank owner. Better off saving your energy and driving 10minutes towards the other closets truist.P.S the bathroom is just as unwelcoming as the bank manager that we had to deal with

The teller who helped me was very nice and sympathetic to my situation. She was professional and also friendly. The place has very little parking that is strictly for Truist customers, but I was still able to grab a spot (since this branch happens to share their parking lot with Dadeland Mall, it can get pretty full). Not a lot of customers going in on this day/time (1:30pm on a Thursday), but also not a lot of staff in the building it seems.

I only use the drive thru, so this is based on that. Friendly staff who is always very nice and fast. The carrier stations are located a bit far to the reach so make sure you pull as close as possible to reach. I have very long arms and still have to extend out if I don’t pull extra tight to it.

The manager, Angela, has amazing customer service and so do all her employees. I have been a customer of BBT for years and have received the most professional service. They go above and beyond to assist me with matters related to my personal and business accounts.

How is the bank closed during regular business hours??? By appointment only??? Theres no notice on the door of the bank or the website. Absolutely absurd! As soon as my financial needs are in order im closing my accounts.

Set up an appointment with one of the advisors Liliana. She never called for confirmation. A few days later I decided to do walk in appointment with other advisor and ended up getting her instead. Loan got denied because "my address could not be verified" she did absolutely nothing to help not even a follow up. Avoid this location at all cost

Terrible service. Ayren Artize treats customers very bad. That is why they are always empty. Dadeland should put a chase bank here instead.
