The worst customer service since taken SunTrust for HELICs. I have complaint to the CFPL and get no where. I go to the branch and get help and the branch manager is available always or in much.We exchange cards and hebvlbever rescued bottom line is none is

I have call trust bank many times , because my truck was in a accident it was total lost my car insurance paid $41.311.49 all total after that payment was $2047.03 remaining. I have also fidelity insurance which make 3 payment on 7/6/23 for the total of 5,393.73 and up to this date 8/6/23 no answer, they told me give them a week and is been 1month and nothing happen also they send to my credit report bad report.Im very frustrated. This is a very bad bank since they change to truist and BBT.

I wish there was a zero.. The service and competence at this Truist branch in Palmetto Bay is deplorible..I've gone through 3 mergers with this bank and branch, which is the worst...2nd in line at the the drive up teller, (15 min)..Needed a signature verification by the Branch manager which took 1-1/2 hours..Take your major banking business to a major bank like me..I defineley don't reccommend this Truist branch...

I waited 40 minutes inside the bank in the lobby. There were only two persons working the lobby. One left and the other one was opening a new account. After 30 minutes the lady finally told me that I needed to sign in. Interesting that I was the only one waiting for service. She then told me that I would be next. On finishing with her customer, she started going through photographs in the customer's phone. After 40 minutes waiting, I did not appreciate watching the banker casually looking at pictures. I left. I have 6 business accounts and two personal accounts with Truist. I will never use this branch again. As an after thought, many lights were not working, no music and a Christmas tree that looked way out of place. The lobby is sterile and no one greeted me. Lousy management.

Unbelieable! Not only does Truist not provide Saturday service (as Suntrust once did to accommodate customers) but now they can't accommodate even during the week. Today, Wed., November 3 just after noon their web page for the Coral Gables/Alhambra branch indicates their Lobby and Drive Thru hours of operation Monday-Thursday: Currently Closed & Friday (tomorrow) 9am-6pm. And this is customer service. (But wait, maybe no one bothers or knows how to update their web page so we're expected to call and confirm.) Some of us still know what customer service is and it's not automated and it's not only during regular business hours. Truist if you accommodate customers by extending your hours and having real people to speak with at your branches you may just stand out in the crowd instead of just blending in with what other banks do!!! And you may be very surprised how well it works.

A nightmare of a bank. The worst potential victims are the old Suntrust customers because Suntrust was considered a good bank at one time, and the victims may be unprepared for this awful banking experience. Truist Bank makes it very hard to communicate with the bank. This is a concern for a lot of reasons including the possiblity Truist may cheat customers the same way Wells Fargo bank does. If Truist opens accounts for you to take your money, it will be burdensome to fight back. Communicating with Truist bank without going into an understaffed branch with dull employees may be near impossible. This is not an anonymous post. When a bank jerks customers around like Truist Bank does, I want the bank to know I stood up. I am the customer in zip 33157 with a business account from BBT bank and a personal account opened in Aug 2022.

This is a drive-thru only branch so it should have more then one teller working. Waited in line for 30 min and the line never once moved when I called the branch they said it had a large commercial deposit and only one teller working. That’s completely unacceptable and unfair to the teller as well to be expected to do all the work!! Horrible management I will never return here.
