I am not one to leave reviews on any business or personal experiences but, I feel the need to do so in this case. My visit to BBW on 3/8/24 was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for my daughter and myself but was ruined by the store manager Isabel. My day was going fabulous when I got to the store and was immediately greeted by my favorite associate Autumnjoy. Everyone of my visits has been memorable due to her service. I make sure to shop there when she's working because I'm guaranteed to have a wonderful day. Yesterday was my first time seeing her in about a while because she stated that due to personal reasons she's been gone. But as always, she had that joyful energy exceptional customer service and good energy, she goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with what you're purchasing. You're guaranteed to have a good day if you shopped there and been helped by her. I've seen how she interacts with other customers, and everything she does is genuine and real. I find it bizarre how they don't work by commission or except tips. That just shows that this is who she is, she loves helping people. Yesterday my visit was ruined due to the way I witness how the store management treated her. While I was shopping, there was only 2 others(children) in the store, when I went to pay the cashier(who's name I don't know) that was ringing up a customer was taking a long time allowing the lady she was helping to go back-and-forth to pick out other products and taking up a lot of time, about 8 minutes pass and I'm getting impatient and was ready to leave with my daughter until I saw Autumnjoy walking pass and stopped her to ask if she could ring me up fast because we had somewhere to go and I was getting ready to leave because the amount of time I was waiting was ridiculous. She hesitated at first, but seemed to be very understanding and was more than happy to help. Since it was one reward, I was getting I did not think it would be a problem. As she was ringing me up I heard someone call her name and say "excuse me Aj what are you doing over there" she said it loud enough that my daughter and myself were able to hear her, even though she was speaking in a microphone and her tone was not appreciate it at all. It had a lot of bite to it. She responded back her telling her that I asked her to ring me up because I was waiting in line for an excessive amount of time and then I was getting ready to walk out. I'm not sure if she said anything else to her through the microphone but Autumn's whole expression changed, I'm not able to really explain it, but she just looked really down, though she was still smiling while helping us I can tell that she was bothered by what was said to her. Once I was given my receipt, I felt the need to defend her and explain that I asked her to help me. Isabel proceeded to tell me that she understands, but that Autumnjoy had other "duties" and that she needed her at the front of the store to see to other customers, I looked around and stated that there was nobody else around to help but my daughter and myself so I don't see what the problem was. Her job is to help customers and she was doing it, fabulously. More things were said, and I felt like Isabel was disregarding everything I was telling her. Basically she was making it seem like what Autumn's was doing was wrong and unacceptable. Not wanting to say anything else to her because it was a lost cause I went over to Autumnjoy and said goodbye and thank you for everything as always. My daughter stated to me as we were leaving that she was scared of some sort of repercussion towards Autumn. It so happens that when we looked back at the store we saw the manager walk straight up to her, just looking at her body language from behind you can tell that she was not talking in a friendly manner. They publish offers and when you get to the store it is a different reality, discount on expired merchandise, the candle I bought was of no use to me and goes out, it is better to buy it at store price than on sale, it is like buying expired merchandiseI am not satisfied with these products

Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn't receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can't tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you "ship" something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I'm receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!

I had two AMAZING women at this location named Valarie and Virginia help me out in the best way possible!! I ordered an item that was out of stock for a special at another location. I came here and they had it and she gave it to me for the special price I ordered!! Then Valarie helped me out again finding the best scent for a gift. Now to put icing on the cake Valarie and Virginia helped me with a coupon that I didn’t pay attention to that was expired. She gave it to me anyway!! That is true customer service and I’m glad I came to this location. I will always come to this location even if it’s out of the way! Amy and Erick were nice as well. I hope that area managers and the ceo see just how dedicated and helpful and friendly their employees are here at the Falls location! Thank you again!!!

The store is nice and organized. The associates were punctual and friendly, but I felt bad for them. Unfortunately, Amy really hindered my experience. I could tell there was a new employee. She was doing great!! While shopping, all I could hear was Amy. I could hear her talking across the store to the new employee, making sure she was handling the exchange correctly. Mind you, in a very demeaning way. As a manager, there are ways to coach your employees to uplift them instead of tearing them down. It didn’t stop there, another associate walked behind the line to try and find ribbons. To try and get his attention, she kept repeating his name over and over again, asking what he was doing. “I’m trying to find the ribbons.” He replied. She looked at him with raised eyebrows and said “We’ve NEVER used those, just drop it.” The poor guy! I could see by the look of his face, he deals with this a lot. He’s just trying to do his job. She said it in such a degrading way. And while she was tendering my items out she picked on another associate. All three of them, talked down upon, like children who can never do anything right. All these associates were trying to do, was better the customer experience. I never want a manager or lead like her. Just be kind, there’s ways to manage a team with kindness, even in a stern way.

The Falls is very close to my home so saving $7.00 in shipping because BB&W provides the option to pick up online orders is awesome - it means I can just use the $7 for another item.
