Rosmery Hidalgo a worker from this place did something wrong to my nails that it’s been three months and still I haven’t been able to paint my nails again since the bad job she did to my finger nails. OMG PLEASE BE ADVISED DO NOT MAKE YOUR NAILS WITH THIS LADY who obviously dosent know how to do her job. I don’t know how is she working because obviously she has not idea of how to work with nails. She cut so badly my cuticles than my fingers started to swell and hurtI had to go to the hospital because of this lady .

I came in asking the hairdressers to remove the red tones from my hair and give me a balayage. My hair was already basically balayage since my blonde highlights had grown out, I just needed to remove the red, which is done with a toner. Anyway I paid for a balayage and as soon as it started to dry I told her I see a lot of red, to which she said it was because it was wet. Then when it dried, she said it was because of the lighting...when I mentioned it to Barbra, she tried to convince me that it looks better, but that's exactly what I came to remove. When something doesn't turn out the way I asked, I expect it to be rectified, not to be convinced it looks better.

Unprofessional staff, they do not serve the customer as they should, you hear a lot of shouting and it is unpleasant, everything is dirty. Never go to that place!

I loved the service, the girls have a very nice treatment ?, I had a facial cleansing, they took out the boxes and cut my hair, it wasn't very cheap, but if what you are looking for is value versus price, this is the place. They are excellent!!!

BUYER BEWARE...I have been going to Barbra Hair Salon & Spa for a number of years and prices for cut and blow have incrementally increased without advance warning or posting. Cut and blow for medium length hair went from $90 a couple of months ago to $145 w/o tip!

We found the salon when looking for a late night place for a blow- dry. So happy we found Barbra’s salon! Everyone was amazing and really friendly and we actually got the best blow- dry ever!!Highly recommendedService: Hairstyling
