Worst service ever. First they barely ever open the lobby due to “staff issues” however I see always 3 or 4 of them just talking amongst themselves. Causing everyone to use the drive thru. And even using drive thru they take a long time to make a simple deposit. Their reason for the delay …”it takes a while”. After the transaction, no apologies for the delay , nothing at all. Worst

Four employees and only one cashier. All of them looking at the line and making jokes between them. Totally disrespectful to the clients, who should be the first priority at any financial institution.

I called to the Bank United before to show up for make sure that I will not have any problems to cashier a check. So, I showed to the bank and one of the teller review the check more than 5 times and at the same time she was talking with your friend front of the me, unprofessional. She send me to the lobby to wait, i was there for more than 40 minutes. So after that she told me that the bank is waiting for the approval, but my question is: why didn’t told me a the beginning? Why when I called to the bank didn’t say that? I am glad that I don’t have account with this bank. One of the worst bank experience in my life.

So disappointed with this bank and specially with this brand. They show hours 9-6 but door will be closed at 5pm. The ATM don’t work and unable to do deposits. The online banking it’s so bad! There is so many limitations and redirecting to external site that it’s a big waste of time.
