Well I wish I had seen all previous reviews before passing by this BOA location. Regular day of work decided to deposit some of my cash savings on my bank account. I inserted the money on the drive-thru ATM. When the option to confirm deposit came up I clicked on it and it stayed on loading until the machine stopped working an error showed up and my money (A couple grand) to be clear not just a $100 dollars. The money is not on my account and now I’m dealing with a claim which can take up to 10 days until I get my money. Meanwhile it’s nowhere its in the clouds. Very very very disappointed with this situation because time is very valued these days and who is going to pay me or grant me back all the time and energy I have wasted on something that was not my fault!!!

If I could get negative stars I would. This Bank of America won't let you wait inside to see the teller. So there's consistently a line of people outside. I could understand this during Covid... but now? are they scared to share the air conditioning?

This particular Bank doesn't have costumer service. We were waiting outside for 20 min, they were allowing groups of 4 people inside. temperature was bellow 55 F. Having enough space inside for social distance Inside.

When I was in line for cashier and old man came in very upset requesting an app and he was online waiting for more than an hour. A lady called Joyce at the front door was very very rude to this old man. That needed to get money from a shared account with his wife that just had surgery. The old man was a bit loud but he was very upset already, but this lady was anything that a good customer services. The Mr left alot more upset and his problem was still unresolved. Also, he mentioned that he was a customer since 35 years! Location 137 Ave 8 St, Miami FL 33184. The worse experience I it was not with me. I wanted to help and empathize with this old man. So sorry for him!
