This bank has only two tellers on Saturday do not serve enough people at the time. Stood inline for over 30 minutes. Why don’t they have enough tellers?

I’m not reviewing this as horrible service, this is probably the most busiest bank. They should have more employees especially in theInside tellers. Only two and then they prioritize the business been waiting for almost half an hour in line. Otherwise the staff is nice pleasant

They make you take an appointment returned a week after with an appointment and then they make you wait until the line finishes and when you ask for a manger or supervisor they are not available horrible horrible experience wanted to open a business account but if that’s how it is I’d rather go to another bank who values the customer

Horrible service, after dealing with this branch I’m considering leaving this bank completely. You’ll wait for 2 hours even after making an appointment. The ATM constantly eats peoples cash and they won’t help you at all, worst bank I’ve ever been to.

How do I begin to tell you about the horrible experience! First not enough tellers basically one for a branch that is always packed with people! And then the incompetence of those in charge is mind boggling! I was told by the supervisor of the tellers that he would not approve a cashiers check even thought the money was showing in my account and I could spend it on my debt card but not purchase a cashiers check because I needed to wait til tomorrow for some reason! As I left to another branch and got my cashiers check without a problem I realized what a disservice it is to have someone in charge that does not know what he is doing or just takes pleasure in giving people a hard time!

Awful bank to go. They only have 2 people there doing the work, all others are just flowers doing nothing. Take me about 3 hours sitting in they uncomfortable couches just to open a bank account.

Came here to take $9,500 out my account, had my Passport, Driver license & social security card & Got my money after the 30 minutes Scammer/N*gga run around- teller asks did I open open my account online I replied No. , I've had my account for 7 years & put +100,000$ through it the last 12 months according to my income statements. She calls the manager over & about 7 people made transactions with the other teller why I was told to wait for " My Money " wow Worst Racist experience ever. They know the truth & on top of that she says my "signature " isn't on file. Naw this lady was MAD a brother got money, A LOT OF MONEY. Keep Hating
