The 2 starts are for Alexander he was amazing and better than Marcel and the Big boss around. Alexander deserves better position he knows customer service and He knows how to treat a customer and he knows how to open an account rather then Marcel who was not able to do it and insist all the time that I could make everything by my own through the APP rolling his eyes ?. Do you guys think people loves to come to the bank? This was my second attempt and I had to deal with this. The big boss came in the office to approve and place a secret password but he didn’t even look at me or say Hi, Wellcome to BofA or even good afternoon. Even though I greet and I said “Thanks” to him. You guys should care little more of you personal appearance. The big boss uniform was not press and wearing facial hair is a sign to don’t TRUST. My experience would be 5 stars if the heads that run this place shows more CARE to the customers.

I ordered some foreign currency for a trip and experienced such a smooth process picking it up at this branch! I ordered the currency online for delivery and received an email a few days later saying it was ready for pickup. Although there was a bit of a wait for a teller, the person who helped me (I believe their name was Annette) was a GEM. So thorough and kind. They made sure to follow all procedures and recommended I count the currency and check it against my official receipt before leaving. I felt really taken care of and everyone else that worked here greeted everyone that came in, smiled and genuinely made it such a pleasant experience.

Very understaffed, after waiting on line for over 10+ minutes to get to the teller, she left when I was next in line without any explanations ( lunch break?) feels more like a public office than a for profit business

One teller on duty on the Friday before a 3-day weekend obviously leads to unreasonable delays. It took me 18 minutes of waiting in line to cash a check on my own account. When I left, 10 other people were in the line behind me. Management made no effort to add more tellers or to assist.

This branch is always understaffed. It is the only branch in Coconut Grove (a busy section of Miami). It routinely only has one teller although there are typically three or four people in the teller booth but only one is usually actually working. They do not have a notary like most branches. The staff barely speaks English and are generally incompetent. They have several people in banking offices- none of who are helpful or knowledgeable. They cannot replace cards with fraud, they refuse to take down fraud complaints and for nearly every service they tell you to call an 800 number.
