Since I arrived at the front desk, they treated me very well. The manager kindly came to explain my situation and assist me. They transferred me to an agent, Vanessa. Thank u so much for your help today Vanessa! She was super kind and helpful! This location is the best of bank of america.

Always slow. Regularly 15+ minutes to deposit one check. I’ve left the line and gave up multiple times. The doors are open but no signs of business.

On friday 10/27 around 2:30pm I went to that branch and ask for a cashier check and the teller told me unfortunately it was not possible because I had a pending transaction so I decided to go another branch and the teller gave my check without any question. So your teller almost make me lost my rental property I had on hold because he just didn't want to give me a check.... dissapoint

Not a v busy location. Didn’t wait at all in Friday afternoon. Vanessa was really nice and helpful! Literally got my everything done in 15 mins. Thanks again for being so helpful!

This is for Bank Of America Credit Card Department. They billed me for an unauthorized charge and after numerous calls and yelling (they have thick ears) I finally paid them with no fault of mine. The guy assured me that my account is clear with 0 balance. I instructed him to cancel all my BOA Cards since I do not want to deal with a company who has unfair trade practices and is protected by higher authorities. They robbed me of my cash back bonus $1,500 and now they are again billing me for unpaid balance. filed a complaint with consumer protection agency (supposed to protect citizens for their rights but sadly they DO NOT). Unfortunately, what a sad ending. If they are cash flow short I can donate them some money as a charitable donation but please do not lie to the consumer. Please do an honest business.

Went to BA today and received OUTSTANDING service, I was made to feel like a MILLION dollar customer. Vanessa, Manny & Steven were all so courteous, professional and just NICE. Steven assured me I was in the right place, Manny greeted me with such warmth and concern for my need and Vanessa, took out time to make sure I understood and answered al my questions. Although I had other choices to choose from, I am glad I chose BA.

The worst experience I had in my life! Three people are working at the same time, only 2 customers in the building and nobody has TIME to print a simple direct deposit form! They're sending me from one person to another just so that at the end they can tell me that they're all busy or cannot print a simple paper for no reason. The service and professionalism is level zero! It's so unfortunate that this is the closest bank to where I live! A shame!

??I went to that branch for the reviews where they gave good references about this Jairo Gil. Well, let me tell you that it was a terrible experience, the man was in a hurry, he put us in another office back near the toilets alone so that they could attend us by phone, because he had to rush to attend to other people "his clients" when we wanted to open another account after having talked with The telephone operator who told us that they would do it there, Mr. Jairo Gil refused because he had to go to eat. At first he was fine then when he reported a fraud done in the bank the man in question changed and he just wanted to get rid of us. He told my mother that he DIDN'T OPEN THE ACCOUNT FOR HERS GOOD!? and it was just not to attend to us. The worst thing is My mother insisted on wanting to open her account as a client for more than 10 years and told her that she felt discriminated against, which he said that he would call a sheriff to continue then when we felt intimidated by him, we left that we went to open the account in another branch of the BANK OF AMERICA without problems but because of that bad experience we already retired and went to a better bank. I insist on bad service, a bad experience of a Bank of America employee will cause many to withdraw their accounts from that bank and go where they are best treated!
