I went to use the ATM after hours and had a nasty surprise. There was a homeless guy sleeping in the bank. Absolute madness. Slowly but surely, we are becoming a third-world country.

All I had to do was do a wire transfer. The teller said he could fit me in between appointments. His appointment came in. Then instead of seeing him he spent 20 minutes answering questions of some ladies that came in after me. Then when his appointment finishes he went into another room for 30 minutes with another customer. All the while the AC in the building does not work so I was just sitting in the hot room for over an hour. He was the only person on staff! As soon as I can I will change banks. I don't like being treated like this. Staff your banks!
