The teller was extremely unprofessional and made my check cashing experience everything BUT simple. He was a heavier set man with glasses - thicker dark frame and dark shorter hair. First of all, instead of trying to understand the situation, he continually tried to find fault / "catch me". He accused me of double cashing the check, which is absurd and offensive, then outright refused to cash the check because he didn't understand the abbreviation on it. Knowing how to read a check as a bank teller is so fundamental and honestly I am going to get in contact with corporate about this incident. I would not recommend this branch - they need proper training and I no longer trust this bank with my money.

I like Bank of America, it's my first bank in the United States. Good attention in this place. It's an office that always has a lot of people, so you should go early.

Very convenient. Has a bathroom. Two ATM's. But you can't get a lot done here in terms of other banking procedures.

If I could get negative stars I would. This Bank of America won't let you wait inside to see the teller. So there's consistently a line of people outside. I could understand this during Covid... but now? are they scared to share the air conditioning?

This particular Bank doesn't have costumer service. We were waiting outside for 20 min,they were allowing groups of 4 people inside.temperature was bellow 55 F.Having enough space inside for social distance Inside.

After Months of not coming to this branch I had no choice. Now I'm left the with regret of ever having chosen this bank. The bank officer that greeted me was rude and lazy. I had to spend 4 hours with customer service on the phone because he refused to let me see a banker and did absolutely nothing for me. Rude rude rude. I will be closing all of my acounts. Unprofessional and unacceptable. VPLP BOA!!!

It is busy. But enough parking. Inside it's hard to find out to speak to a banker even busy Miami type bimbos in heels walk all over pretending to work hard, so you got no choice but wait in the long line to at least ask the teller.

This is a very nice branch. There is no real people but there are video connection rooms that you can connect to a real person. Very smart and technological. I am amazed.
