I’m personal shopper and I come from service and work with a lot of people in the fashion industry, I came across the store to purchase a bag for my client and I have to say the service I got from Itamar that works there he’s amazing, very calm, genuine, good energy great service knows and understands the client needs. He got me a bag I needed that was sold out in several stores because of the high demand. I personally Recommend if you go to that specific store ask for itamar you won’t regret the service!

Yesterday 2/5/2022 on Saturday evening at 8:15pm (Bal Harbor location) we arrived to the store, there was one buyer inside and the doorman didn't let us in. I told him that we called the store before we come and confirmed, that it is open until 9pm, but they claimed that it was already closed. We waited a little bit more and when the customer was about to leave the sales lady kicked us out with a mad face expression saying \"no no, we are closed! \" I repeated myself telling them, that I know that store closes at 9pm, but she was still rude. it is very sad to see this kind of low quality workers are still in charge of customer service in a luxury store like Balenciaga. We never experienced anything like this in any store but yesterday we got really disappointed. Never ever coming back to this store again!

We went to buy Balenciaga sneaker at this location (Bal Harbor Shops Miami) on February 5 2022 at 8:00 PM, the store was open and it closes at 9:00PM, when we tried to enter they told us to wait because there was a customer inside so we waited until 8:15PM, once the customer left, we tried to enter and the very rude worker (white woman in her 40s) yelled at us saying go away we are CLOSED, she obviously lied because this store closes at 9PM. If Balenciaga cares about their reputation they would investigate this, this is no way to treat a customer or any human being, what kid of people do you employ here?

I bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes at saks before the pandemic, wore them about 5 x, the metal stud fell off. I took the shoes to balenciaga at Bal Harbor to see if they could locate a stud to replace the one that fell off and got lost. The manager made 0 effort to help me! I own at least 6 bags- will never buy one again! I got the shoes fixed from a shoe repair co. But Balenciaga doesn’t stand by their goods.

BALENCIAGA is awesome. He sees what you're doing wrong and give you easy pointers for improvements. If you need someone to get the fundamentals straight for you (like I did), give him a shot!

Omg the manager at Balenciaga Highland Park Dallas is beyond RUDE! His name is Michael. I called on the phone to ask a question. He was nasty. He was mean, he stated he is busy helping other customers and didn’t have time to help me with my items. He said this “like I said” and his tone was very argumentative. How is he a store manager when he treats people this way? The worst. I asked his name. He said Michael than proceeded to say “get it right” and hung up on me. Is this a joke ? I shop at Dior, Chanel, Louboutin and other designer stores in Highland Park Village and never been treated this way. I was going in to tomorrow to buy shoes, new purse and top. Now I’m not. I’d rather just order from Saks or go to Neiman’s where I’m treated with respect. Smh!!! The worst customer service ever!!!
