I had a terrible experience in this store today... every single step I took I was followed (on my heels) not in a helpful way. I was being profiled and monitored due to racism. I went in the store looking to add to my collection and was clearly wearing a balenciaga bag! He was on me so closely that I couldn't even think and I shared that with him but to no avail he continued! I felt extremely uncomfortable to the point that I left the store without a purchase. I also observed that two ladies that looked different from me were offered water and not being followed which confirmed that I was being treated unfairly. Also, his coworker chimed in and I felt she was being very argumentative. However, when I went into the Chanel store in the design district... I had a completely different experience and left with a 9000 dollar bag ! He had no right to assume that I was looking to steal or that I couldn't afford anything because I was there to make a purchase. He missed out on a sale and I wouldn't recommend this particular store to anyone.

I went to the store twice recently, last time was last week Friday. Both times I went there, they treated me so well. They went above and beyond in assisting me with finding the right wallet for my friend. I am definitely coming back again!

Horrible service. Not a single person greeted me and when I asked if I could view a product it was as if it was the worst thing that’s ever been asked of them. Hopefully when the new location opens they have a new staff as well.

This store is terrible. Worst customer service there is. They will try to convince you to purchase anything but if you don’t like the item and try and return it they hit you with a no return policy. No one wants store credit they want their money back. There is a reason we are returning the item. We don’t need more items from your terrible stores. Employees look at you with disgust after asking for money back as if they own the brand themselves. You are an employee not the owner of balenciaga.

Customer service is just awful. I left the store stressed and disappointed. They don’t treat their customers like other luxury brand. It’s already second (!!) time I purchased their product that fall apart after being worn just a few times. They didn’t offer to fix it, exchange or any other help!Manager of this particular store is just horrible - « Give your money to us and if you deal with poor quality of our products it’s not our problem bc that’s what our policy says » Which luxury brand treats customers like that?! I’ll never purchase anything from this brand again.

BEWARE!!!! They do not refund your money. They pressure you to purchase and don’t tell you anything about a NO REFUND policy. Also, Jackie the store Manager is RUDE and u professional. I bought an item that really didn’t go with what I was wearing and the sales rep lied about me being able to get a refund and literally the next day I took it back and was treated as if I was at the family dollar store

I recently visited the store and purchased a pair of shoes and still waiting for them, I have no tracking number no information. The employees are extremely rude and unpleasant, make you want to leave and never return. They have no customer service skills whatsoever, and are not interested in helping a customer.

the sales associates in this store are excellent and are always willing to help. my boyfriend and i visit their store often to see new releases and the associates never fail to inform us. the store is always clean and very welcoming from the moment you step inside. wonderful service !

Recently visited the men’s store. Horrible horrible service. The ladies working there couldn’t care less about customers, showed very little interest, have a whole lot of attitude, and made it a generally very unpleasant atmosphere. All the staff were standing around looking at their phones unattentive to the customers. I did end up buying my shoes from there but I was very reluctant to and regretted it simply because i did not want to support them or the brand for its poor training. I would 100% not return to this store. The manager was as uninterested and glued to her phone as the others - she was actually encouraging it by showing one of the other store workers pictures of another girl on her phone and laughing at it - all of this in front of customers!!
