Awad was very prompt, responsive and professional. He was easy to work with and I would highly recommend him. He sent the watch to me the next day as promised. The watch was exactly as described and I am beyond happy with my purchase. I would definitely use him in the future as it was a pleasure doing business with him. He’s definitely in the right business and considerate of his clients, which is hard to come across these days. The watch was reasonably priced and my husband LOVED IT!

Whilst initially prompt and helpful, the experience of dealing with this dealer soon changed dramatically for the worse. The watch he sold was stolen, hence he clearly doesn't do the standard checks one would expect of a reputable dealer. Moreover, once it came to resolving the problem, his willingness to help vanished completely. Best avoided unless you enjoy cleaning another's mess.

I ordered a $9.5k unworn watch payment was good and approved but when i got package it was boxes inside of boxes , i drove from Michigan to their location to speak to them directly because they never PICK UP THE PHONE AND WHEN I CALLED A 2nd # they have a guy picked up and said wrong number! and nothing was there no rolex on displays but other stores did have , i want my watch in person !

All I can say is "Wow"! I have been saving for a Rolex for a long time, and wanted to celebrate the birth of my daughter with one, and the perfect watch was available on Awad's website. The photos of the watch were extremely high quality, showing all angles, the stamps between the lugs, and the movement inside, plus the 360 video helped to showcase the watch well. I made the purchase online, and called the store to confirm the payment. Daniel answered the phone and let me know that the person with access to the safe was gone for the day, but he called them, they came to the store, and Daniel shipped the watch the same day. I ordered the watch on Monday at about 3:00pm and the watch was on my wrist by 11:00am the next day! The watch was in amazing vintage condition, and I am beyond pleased with it. Daniel texted me that day to make sure I was pleased, and even kept in touch in the following weeks to make sure I was still happy. The watch was running just a tad slow, so I used the warranty to have them look at it. They sent me an overnight Fedex Label, I shipped it back to them, and had the watch back in a couple of days! Their commitment to service and quality should be a standard for all businesses, and I can't speak highly enough of Daniel and his help through the purchasing process. I will be recommending Awad Watches to anyone I know shopping for such a large and important purchase, and will definitely be buying my next watch from them as well. I hope to be able to visit the store sometime and see their amazing collection! My sincerest thanks to Daniel and Awad, and keep up the great work for your clients.
