If I could give this place -1000 stars I would. If I could wave a wand to shut this place down or hire a whole new set of employees I WOULD!. The interaction I had with the employees at this location today has made my blood boil to a level I never thought it could boil. In my 30 years of living, I HAVE NEVER seen a place lack customer service or hospitality. There is not compassion, accountability, understanding, or heart from this place. The people that work there are a terrible face to represent AVIS. unfortunately from the looks of the google reviews so many people have had horrible experiences with this location. SERIOUSLY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP! or AVIS will start loosing Customers at this location or in MIAMI FL period. My number one issue is I was renting a car from this place for 7 WEEKS! 7 weeks of money wasted and terrible customer service from this place. The second week I went and renting again the girl in the front counter never connected MY CAR to the Uber app. I don’t notice until the weekend so I COULDN'T DRIVE USING THE UBER app for 3 DAYS! 3 days of lost income because a mistake made by an employee. When I went to tell them they said that it wasn’t their fault and that is was my fault for not checking the Uber app and making sure that they did THEIR JOB RIGHT! In what world of customer service do you tell your CUSTOMERS TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK! What do you get paid for! Do your job right or don’t do it at all! so instead of saying sorry let me figure a resolution for this. They told me to call customer service and figure it out myself!! Then proceeded to call me names in Spanish little do they know I understand Spanish! When I went back a THIRD TIME with my girlfriend to maybe help me and finally got to speak to IBIS the store manager who was supposed to call me which she never did SHE TOLD MY GIRLFRIEND SHE DOESN'T CARE IF HER LOCATION HAS 1 STAR! SHE THEN WOULD NOT LISTEN TO MY GIRLFRIEND SPEAK AND kept speaking over HER! SHE THEN STATED SHE HAS OTHER CUSTOMER AND SHOOED MY GIRLFRIEND AWAY! We were so embarrassed how we were talked to in front of other customers like we meant nothing to these people who are in business because of consumers like me and others who uses our money to provide their Paychecks! Then I had an unexpected bill on my account because when I got my rental agreement their was a misunderstanding on how I was getting billed! I was so upset when I left the store I called customer service to find a corporate number to report the MANAGER BECAUSE IBIS or whatever her name is so rude! As a manager she was supposed to be calm and set an example for her staff but she kept arguing with my girlfriend and wouldn’t let her speak then kept saying slick remarks! There was no apology for their mistakes! No wonder her staff doesn’t respect people because they have such an sorry of a person as a manager who is so comfortable talking to people any type of way because AVIS CONTINUES TO LET HER WORK THERE! SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE AND I WILL NOT STOP FIGHTING THIS UNTIL THIS ISSUE WITH THESE PEOPLE ARE RESOLVED! if I have to leave a bad review everyday I will! This place is a disgrace and racist also a bad representation for AVIS!

This location does not deserve any stars. Believe all the comments of rudeness here. Two ladies at this locations are blatantly disrespectful. My mom and I returned a car there and didn't realize it was not the actual airport return. My father tragically died from a fall on a cruise in Key West. My poor mother had to drive up to Miami Jackson South hospital where he was airlifted. I flew in town to be with her when they took him off the breathing tube. The young lady there said they would have to charge us $40 to drive two miles to the airport because it was the wrong place to return it. I said we prefer to drop it off at the right place however she checked us out. When I confronted her on it she rolled her eyes and then bad mouthed me in Spanish to another worker who then rolled her eyes at me. They just kept rolling their eyes at me. It was disgusting. Thank God my mother was outside because I lost my cool seeing how incredibly rude they were. I'm 56 years old and never witnessed such rudeness from employees who are in a customer service role. DO NOT GO TO THIS AVIS!

Very good service from the Manager Ibis and her work staff, they attended to me very quickly, they are kind and attentive people. The truth is I was satisfied with the UBER rental service, I recommend it as well as the regular car rental. Keep working like this, congratulations!!!!!
