Robert Is the Gold Standard of Customer Service at AutoZone!
Today was my fourth visit to the AutoZone located at SW 127th Ave and Quail Roost Drive in Southern Miami—and I felt compelled to finally write this review because of one exceptional employee: Robert.
I’ve been to plenty of auto parts stores before, and unfortunately, it’s not uncommon to encounter staff who aren’t very knowledgeable or engaged. But Robert is in a league of his own.
His knowledge of parts is outstanding, and his ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers is rare. He doesn’t just sell you a part—he educates, listens, and genuinely cares that you get the right solution. Today, he said something that really stuck with me: “I treat every customer the way I’d want to be treated.” And it wasn’t just talk—you could feel it in the way he carried himself.
Every visit to this store has been positive, but today stood out so much that I had to speak up. Robert made me feel welcomed, respected, and confident in what I was buying. He’s not just helpful—he’s exceptional.
To AutoZone leadership: Please recognize Robert for the incredible work he does. He deserves a major promotion, recognition, and whatever else you can give him. Employees like him are the reason people return to your stores.
Thanks again, Robert. You’ve earned a lifelong customer, and I hope this review helps others experience the same top-tier service.

Ronald and Stephanie were amazing! They helped me by charging my car battery and checking to make sure everything was working properly. They were kind, patient, and very professional. Great customer service—thank you so much!

Carlos is the man! super helpful and knowledgeable every time I've visited this store over the years. The store is always clean and everyone is friendly as well. Thank you for keeping a high level of customer service when everyone else seems to be lacking now.

They told me that they accumulated points for having made purchases there and for the next purchase they should have discounted me something and on the contrary I bought the oil change and it cost me 41 super expensive and it always costs me less I didn't understand anything my husband asked and they said no I had nothing so they deceive you and you fall for the sake of saving and on the contrary you pay more
