I always come to this store because of Esperanza's and Rori's services. I know Esperanza from the store for approximately 4 years and I call Rori about 9 years old, I call him skinny and I call the girl Espe, they are an example to follow in all the other stores of the area .

Jay helped me change my battery today, he took almost a hour out of his day to help me and to make sure it was done correctly. He was professional , knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I cannot thank Jay enough - you saved my day, thank you thank you! I will be back and I will be asking for him. HIGHLY recommend stopping into this location. Give Jay a raise!!!

The battery in my vehicle died when I stopped at a Turnpike plaza, leaving me stranded 30 miles from home. I got a jump and then drove straight to the Autozone nearest my house. When I got there I spoke to Tommie, who couldn't have been more helpful in assuring me that they not only had a replacement battery but would be able to install it for me. Once I paid for the battery, Jose took care of the installation and I was back on my way home in less than 30 mins. Thank you, Tommie and Jose, for making a difficult situation much more bearable.

I have made purchases at this autozone establishment and everything is fine, I even have guarantees of good price purchases including batteries. But I looked for a room this afternoon and a tall, thin, dark-skinned guy with glasses, about 55 years old or older, helped me. And the customer service I received was disgusting. Because if one speaks with respect and it is to buy that one goes, not to ask and for our purchases they have work to get paid, good customer service should be given, not all people maintain the same patience and I felt annoying and that they disrespected me by referring to me in such an unpleasant way and without patience to serve their client, if you can't work in customer service, my real brothers don't do it. Respect a little more. ?

I dont usually leave reviews but this time I have to. I had an amazing expirience with the manager name Esperanza 4813, she was very helpfull to me and while I was there she was also very kind and assisted other spanish customers. For sure I will go back to that store.

I just want to thank and show my consideration for the amazing customer service and help I received although I’m not a customer. Jay was beyond friendly and phenomenal with our short interaction. I’m a female and it’s hard going places and being screwed but he helped me install my car battery and gave feedback as well even though I didn’t buy one from their facility something they don’t offer. 10/10 would definitely come again for him personally.

This autopart needs its employees to be bilingual because there are already too many Latinos living near it and people who speak Spanish are needed, this benefits the autopart and also the customers.
