Horrible service, always the same excuse for not returning a part that you have to return because it is not the same or because it is not compatible with your car and if it is from another store, no way, it seems like a third world store, they tell you that they have no communication . For me it is no longer the first option.

I went today to this branch that was sent to me from the one on 8th SW and 97th Avenue. From the seller who is attentive to the guy who changed my battery ?. Excellent attention. And the 5 stars are well deserved since before my car the guy changed the battery again and I was standing next to that car and saw how those people didn't even thank them. Keep up the good work guys you gained a new client

Blankie is incredibly nice, super sweet, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Today, I came in with my car, and she quickly helped me with the windshield wipers it needed. She also tested my car battery and alternator. Her kindness and efficiency were greatly appreciated.

Very clean and organized store. Employees are very friendly and interested in helping customers find the products they need. I was helped by Mr. Jose C at this store. He was very professional and found the products I needed quickly and efficiently. The employees are well dressed, clean and disciplined. This is a great store.

Went in to get a device to check my battery. Thankfully Erick tested it for free. Recommended a new battery. He changed it in two minutes. He made it too easy. Highly recommend you ask for Erick at your next visit.
